Pulled out my pasta machine and made this. What a relaxing pleasure to make pasta again and this sauce! So delicious and so simple. The trick with wine to dehydrate the mushrooms is much appreciated. Another fantastic dish...thank you Joel!

The only note I feel like making is that the name of that type of pasta is not "fettuccinI" but "fettuccinE". It is a proper name and therefore must be respected.
