It's cool to see how far we go with modern technologies. I used to work in a silicon wafer refurbishing place, and take the scrap cut offs from the 50 and 30 micron buffing pads for my knives and handles. They work so well.

Would you sharpen the blade and then use the convex kit when the blade is dull or could you go straight into the convex?
