Good talk but I don't agree that Gandhi got us freedom. It was Subhash Bose and the fear the returning soldiers from world war 2 which got us the freedom. Lack of resources with the British was also a big factor.
very nice presentation. I wish audience could be more enthusiastic about the knowledge he gave. Wake up people give him energy back to speak and enjoy his speech.
Idea worth elaborating. W Somerset Maugham wrote for 18 years everyday after a day's work before becoming a best seller. That takes character. Johannes Kepler again 18 years to develop his laws of path of planets. Try reading biography of Honda and Yamaha. It is not just bullying in market that wins. Read Kenjhi Omae on strategy. Intelligence is a factor.
Do you notice rich people never talk about money. Only poor people, who don't have the richiness, be it money or spiritual richness, always talk about it and never thanks for a small richness - like not having enough or at all but still alive.
For all this close to 18 min talk, it didn't answer the premise or topic of the presentation which was how to get rich quickly ?.. All he presented was the usual self-help talk combined with references to historical characters like chanakya, buddha, gandhi etc.. For this type of content he should have renamed the pres. topic as 'Should you get rich quickly' ?...
:).. cool n perfect :).. rich man is one who holds d status.. and status doesn't mean wealth, it's d character, peace, ur behaviour to others, helping behind till u can, etc.. In ur way, u beautifully described Richie rich :)
गृहं गृहमटन् भिक्षुः शिक्षते न तु याचते । अदत्वा मद्दृशो मा भूः दत्वा त्वं त्वद्दृशो भव ॥ - अज्ञात
Transliteration: gṛhaṃ gṛhamaṭan bhikṣuḥ śikṣate na tu yācate । adatvā maddṛśo mā bhūḥ datvā tvaṃ tvaddṛśo bhava ॥ - ajñāta Meaning of the subhAShita: Roaming from home to home, the cadger is not begging but teaching - do not become like me - by not giving, but remain like yourself - by giving. Commentary: Why does a beggar go from house to house, begging for alms? Is it because he does not have enough so he goes begging? The poet says, 'not really'!! The poet opines that the cadger goes from home to home, in order to teach the dwellers a very important value. He wants to teach them, remain like yourself by giving alms, do not become like me by being close-fisted! How does he justify that? Hands that give shall also receive. To lead a comfortable life in the society, the inhabitant of the home sure has received many a blessing and favors to lead the kind of life he does. By giving to those in need, he will only better his chances of receiving generously further in his own life. Without giving, he is certain to run out of the credits in his account of good deeds and land up on the streets like the cadger himself!! So the cadger is walking around, as if, warning the avaricious that - without giving, the same shall be your fate, sooner or later. By giving, one only makes his own life better. In giving, the bigger beneficiary is the giver really! For, the contentment that comes in giving.., is far less than the satisfaction of receiving. Give with all your heart! pada vigrahaH: गृहं गृहम् अटन् भिक्षुः शिक्षते न तु याचते । gṛhaṃ gṛham aṭan bhikṣuḥ śikṣate na tu yācate । अदत्वा मत् दृशः मा भूः दत्वा त्वं त्वत् दृशः भव ॥ adatvā mat dṛśaḥ mā bhūḥ datvā tvaṃ tvat dṛśaḥ bhava ॥
I read a book by him and in it, he was bragging about Chanakya's Arthashastra from start to end. What a waste of time it was. Did anyone become rich because of this video?
British never agreed to Mahatma Gandhi, British did kut niti with Mahatma Gandhi , British never gone from India till now they did what they want to India and to entire world.,.. Just think..
How cold the audience..how well speaker presents ideas with a tinge of humour, so systematically..but block headed audience sitting as dead bodies..no response
Why this person is not looking into Audience's eyes. Getting a feeling that he doubts his arguments would get a buy in from the Audience. He should lead them with his words. Of course, I am not a good speaker but as a listener, I expect these things from a speaker.
Who is listening to....Its not quickly, it will take ages intelligence & philosophy???😁 1stly drop that mythological reference...The so called 'Lakshmi' & 'Knowledge' was confined as a rights to some particular castes...and the country was called poor for ages! Bloody... why are u referring to Chanakkya - he just a revenge story. Sorry you have failed the idea
Chanakya is a revenge story? No its not, he unified entire nation under one kingdom. Go read the entire arthasastra before you make a judgement on him. The country has been poor for ages? India did account for 47% of worlds gdp before rhe mughal and 36% after the mughals. And who laid down the structure for this? It was chanakya, via his famous kautilyan system of governance. And talking about castes, arthasastra clearly mentions designation of castes according to merit, not according to birth, but later the kings corrupted the system and made it birth based. Chanakya destroyed the nandas not just because of his disrespect, but also because the nandas refused to protect the frontiers of india from alexander.

Can't blame the audience. Public speaking is an art. A speaker has to generate some excitement.
