Luxembourg has become the Maginot Line
A better Maginot than Maginot.
(Jk, the Maginot Line did its job as intended and successfully prevented an invasion through Alsace-Lorraine and diverted German forces through the Low Countries, the failure was on the Franco-Belgian part by refusing to countenance an invasion through the Ardennes and by not creating adequate reconnaissance and communications infrastructure for their forces)
@@halfpasteight
Well more so Belgium's Fault than France.
A few days before they got invaded.
Belgium kicked out all the French Elite defenders that were holding Eben Emael and the border with Germany.
Although France probably would have still fallen.
It wouldn't have fallen that quick.
Hitler in angry german: I am in charge!!!
Luxembourg in perfect Bane: Do you feel in charge?

Not really much I can do for a Pt. 2, Luxembourg can't really expand from here or defeat Germany on its own, and once Germany gets nukes it's all over. Luxembourg can't hold out forever without Allied support.
I might do a remake, tho.

Well, unfortunately I'm probably not going to make a lot more of it. At least, not on that regular of a basis.
I have like 2k hours in HoI. I've been playing it for the last four years. And I am completely burned out and entirely uninspired. This video was supposed to be a one-off meme that I threw together to get some practice editing three months ago, that only just now blew up completely out of nowhere. Frankly, I don't much like it myself.
You're welcome to check out some of the other, more recent content on my channel as it's more typical of the kind of stuff I actually enjoy making. you'd constantly have all sorts of people from all the nazi colonies fleeing to the small nation that holds a bit of belgium a bit of france and its capital luxemburg city, only to take jets to get to allied nations while the luxembourg government fortifies and fortifies, give them like a focus tree

I just got the most briliant of ideas: Create a multiplayer game. Give Germany all the buffs you can. One plays Luxembourg, another plays Albania.

i approve of that steam library
reminds me of when I played the Netherlands going fascist but then got declared war on by Napoleonic France and was defending well until I got naval invaded 💀💀 and then I held out in like three tiles including Amsterdam until I flipped and got Germany to kill France for me
I did this with a single modern tank division I got from CC'ing all the research. Germans didn't even try to invade, just surrounded me and sat there lol
Tends to happen after a while
also if lux has a railway gun, it would add more defesne buffs
Yeah, I might pick up NSB at some point and do a remake of this.
Now I know why most multiplayer sessions I see always have a limit on forts that can be built
It gets pretty wild after a while, tho a competent player should be able to break it with enough equipment.
