- Today in HOI4 Kaiserreich I'm trying the tiny island nation of Sardinia which despite everything stacked against it can accomplish a lot once they form Italy and change the world.

Ironically Sardinia is the best exiled Entente nation when it comes to potential. It used to suck back when attacking the SRI led to them being able to join the Third Internationale, but now that Sardinia can't call in the Entente either, it's easy to destroy SRI and peacefully reunite with at least one of the other Italies. After that, you find yourself carrying the Entente in no time.

Sardinia actually if I remember is well known for being a gigantic silver mine. So much so that durjng the ancient times the Roman Empire practically had a good chunk of their silver come from their.
Not So Fun fact: Sardinia has a type of cheese which has literal maggots inside of it, it was banned but there is still a very size able black market for it. (My source is the youtuber Sam o nella.)

Unfortunately, there isn't really a lot going on in Sardinia. -In fact, since there is no one around to bully them they started putting maggots in their cheese.- Seriously, the last exciting thing they did was _probably_ being part of the Sea Peoples that caused the bronze age collapse.
