- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's profiles on the Royal Family website were recently moved below those of all other working royals, including Prince Andrew. This change is seen as a subtle demotion reflecting their stepped-down status as non-working members of the Royal Family. It comes after a period of strained relations following their decision to relocate to North America.

The downgrade was subtle and yet savage! Once Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis become 'of age' They will vanish from the website.

Everyone is so careful to refer to Mexit as them having "stepped back." Really, they "stepped down." But Harry is very touchy about using the phrase "stepped down." Also, the website no longer refers to him as "prince. " They only refer to him as Duke of Sussex. I wish everyone would stop using Prince and just call him Harry.
Nor is he listed as a pilot.(not my original observation saw on a comment on THE VINTAGE READ channel)
Well, he said himself that he wished to be known as the man he has become and not the Prince he was born, so, to my mind, we should all honour that wish, should we not? And henceforth refer to him only as Harry.
They stepped back (according to Harkles), they stepped down (per BPalace ie per the King) . 👍 Harkles made it impossible for the King to put this “clarification” in the back burner.

@@janrogers8352I think I heard that the royal ducal titles have precedence over titles such as Prince. If this is true, this isn't really a demotion. I am glad to see them at the bottom of the page, but if they aren't working royals, they shouldn't be on the page at all, in my opinion. It would be nice if there was a page for all the other royals, for example. Bios for the non-working royals should be 5 sentences tops.

It's a clear message "They are out". And bloody good riddance. Now, continue the good work by removing his titles, including that of Prince, and removing him and the two kids from the LoS. The kids shouldn't be there anyway as we have never been given official proof by the doctor(s) in attendance that they were born of her (markle's) body.

I'm really surprised that the website didn't call him 'Prince Harry' - he is now The Duke of Sussex, now that is a downgrade for sure because he lives off of his Prince title. Meghan is upset, saying 'I thought you were a Prince!'.
It never refers to him as Prince Harry. Not once. He is called the Duke of Sussex and his first name as used is Harold.

I think it is. It's like they wanted to make sure it's clear they stepped away and no longer represent the Monarchy or the King. Pointing out how they got their titles is interesting. Once it's been as clear as it can be, they can fully remove them
@@monicaavalos9312 IMO when Prince William is King, they will be. In the meantime, the RF/Palace will continue to distance themselves from them... Which is slow and steady, without the usual 'victim' press headlines from the duo to the press.

Why haven’t their titles been stripped? They are monetizing their titles, a violation of the agreement they made with the Queen. If KC won’t do it, does parliament have the power?
The Empire belatedly “strikes back”, re-emphasising that H&M’s seeming continuing wish to be “half in, half out” is no more accepted under KCIII than it was under the late QEII. It is becoming increasingly clear to H&M & the world in general (it was always clear to me from the very beginning of this saga when they ‘stepped back’ or ‘stepped down’ or whatever one wishes to call it) that whatever saleable skills/merits they may have as individuals, pretty sparse it seems to me, their real USP was as persons with close live links to the working Royal Family, but they chose to give those up. Now the harsh reality is they have very little, approaching nothing. They made their bed, now they have to live with their choices. The end.
……shame they weren’t totally, & permanently removed. The various despicable behaviours’ they’ve behaved with for the past four years’ certainly warrant that.

It is clear now. The changes say exactly that, subtly and nothing that the Harkles could complain about. Any drama regarding this new website will be from the Harkles or their minions and will just look like sour grapes because it is what they asked for when they stepped down. Well done to whoever made the changes and if anyone ever says the King is “weak” again remember that he had to endorse these changes.
I think what is really interesting is that they did not start Harry's bio with the fact he's fifth in line to the throne. That used to be the first sentence and now it has been completely omitted. Maybe it's something, maybe it's nothing, it just stood out to me when I first looked at their joint bio.
I definitely think it’s ‘something’. Every word would’ve been considered and every omission thought out so as to give the Harkles absolutely nothing to complain about (we know how much they like a pity party). The Palace don’t have to shout, they underplay things but it should be acknowledged that this has been endorsed by the King, so not so “weak” as some people have said
Interesting they added the "Titles" section.
That leaves a very clear space for a later addition sometime in the future: "These titles have now been relinquished." with the possibility of less reaction.
I think they took the most unflattering picture of That one's wife they could find.
With regards to the theft of the medical records of Catherine Princess of Wales, it's rather disturbing how many people don't realise that a criminal act has been committed.

Why are they on there at all. There's no law that says everyone has to be mentioned in any family website little own the Monarchy recognising a pair of traitors. And they should also lose their titles.

I also wonder if this was a response to Harry’s Visa problems in the US. Previously, the website implied that Harry still represented the crown. Sadly, our US government treats Harry as if he is a diplomat. The changes on the RF website makes the clear distinction, that he does not.
It will be very interesting to see how this case turns out. It could be very embarrassing for both the US, and the UK.

Its the same as it was before, below all the working royals and above Andrew. The only difference is that their pages were combined. I think the royals should remove the family page and replace it with a page for current working royals. That way the Sussexes and Andrew would be removed.

I think the link to the website should be removed. It is monetising on their titles & on entry the site collects private data which can be distributed to other sites - allegedly.

I suspect the RF was waiting till the Harkles were disliked enough by the public. If they had rushed the backlash might have been bad. But luckily for them, the Harkles are their own worst enemies.
