thanks, your videos have a very calm vibe, may be the seniors can mostly try atleast half of these exercises easily, will share with my senior family members, meanwhile other vidoes on YT for seniors are so intense which no seniors can do and its even difficult for youngsters as well,
Hi Cindy! I have been doing this exercise every other day! Over 2 months now, and it works! Thanking you, for all that you do for women who want to improve their bodies!
Thank you Cindy. This felt very good and was something I needed to work on. I like these short videos, because I can mix and match depending upon what I want to work on at a particular time.
These are so good and as I've said on other workouts of yours I must comment so I know I know I'm varying my workouts and trying to do at least 30 mins. Now I must find another as have another five for 30 so it will be a 10 minute one. Great workout Cindy thanks 🙂
Thanks fir your video. I am working these exercises in alternating days with other videos. Also, thanks for not going too fast so I can keep up. I am 74 years old with asthma, COPD 2 knee replacements and arthritis in many places in my body.
Good for you being proactive even with your challenges. Do the routines that leave you feeling good. Not every routine is suitable for every body. I admire your dedication!
This did me another ten minutes and I'm feeling very pleased with myself as I've done 30 mins in total and helped clean our church this morning which must go towards exercises I hope :-)
Cindy, I’m a little concerned for you. I think you might want to consider adding some carbs to your morning meals. If we get ill, as we age, it doesn’t hurt to have 5 extra pounds to sustain us whilst fighting off - whatever. I’m a Nana, & I feel you maybe need some voice in your ear to remind you to look after you, too. No trolls need yap at me, thank you! I’m not being spiteful or nasty, I’ve been considering saying this for some time, as Cindy is so, so teensy, lately. Women caring for women.
Thank you so much for your concern. I am working with a dietician and my GP. I am up to date on all my tests and bloodwork and am positive now that my hip surgery is far behind me, I can work on adding more muscle mass and having some weight in reserve. Will keep you posted.
Thank you Cindy for this video! I will incorporate it with my stretch video every other day! I have cut out 1/2 of my food consumption, and with weights and stretch, walking the dogs, weather permitting I have lost now 25lb. My goal is for 10 more lb. And it is mostly around the area that you just showed us to do! Thanks for sharing this new video!😊😊😊!
I keep saying I must do this one more often but there are so many to choose from to keep me fit and healthy which is great. No worries about being bored haha
I do think one particular pair of trousers is slightly looser round the waist, only slightly but I'm pleased 🙂Thanks Cindy Now I must find the HITT shorter version haha
Thank you for this gentle senior focused routine. I do yoga for 10 minutes every day, but I just can't lose this belly! It's very frustrating. I walk 1/2 hour when I can, but that is weather dependent. I'm vegetarian, and keep a healthy diet. No processed food, no fatty fried food. I never eat out, and eat mostly green leafy vege dishes. You mention that a couple of days a week will be sufficient. I'm 70, female and weigh about 143, 5'6". So not exactly overweight, just a big fat belly! Twice a week will really help? Blessings.
Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you are pretty fit and keep a sensible diet. What I might suggest is a few of our mild cardio routines on days you can't walk. That's because aerobic activity is great for burning fat. You cold do a core workout 3 times a week but only every other day as too much core can start to cause back pain. And be sure to do different routines which can be found here: www.fitnesswithcindy.com. Good luck and keep me posted on your progress.
@@FitnessWithCindy Thank you! I subscribed to your channel, and decided to do the core exercises every other day, doing yoga on the other days. I'll search through your routines and try to find an aerobic one or two. Low impact because I have arthritis in my spine, and osteoporosis in my hip. Sigh. My dear mother used to say old age ain't for sissies. She was right!
What is best ratio to do for overall sustainable weight loss or to maintain? For example, you recommend doing this wonderful workout for 3-4x a week. Should it be paired with weights/ resistive, and how many times a week? Is it better to break down body parts like lower body one day, arms and core another or do full body exercise? Thank you! :)
Sorry, had a wisdom tooth removed this week and as always, recovery is slower than I had been optimistic about. No,.... no exercising in your condition until you have specific okays from your PT as to what is safe for the degree of injury you have.
This is another that seems to have slipped through the net while I was doing others. The part when you say and 'reach to the floor', well you don't actually say touch the floor so I can reach 😂 😂 thanks Cindy
Well this one definitely feel a little bit easier to do which I think shows I'm healing nicely. I went to my daughter's for lunch Sunday which was lovely, my beautiful granddaughter gave both myself and her nan a lovely big hug and another when we left. Then on the next evening my daughter text after we'd been chatting to say she'd forgotten to tell me darling Gdaughter's friend, who was one of the girls she'd been out with on Saturday night had text to say she had Covid. You have to laugh don't you 😂😂I'm certainly not going to cry but I really hope its passed me by without stopping🤞 🤞I've had enough !!
So second one that's 20 mins but will leave the other for a while, I'm a walking disaster at the moment with the cracked ribs cough and cold and an angina attack yesterday I'm hoping I've had my quota of mishaps for a while 🤞 😂
An amazing workout! Thank you for this.

I only did these two days ago but want to get rid of that 'pot' so it won't do any harm :)

🤸
Is it safe to do these if you have a bulged disc/ lumbar spine?
CLEARLY THERE IS NO POINT ASKING!!

I must remember to do this one at least twice a week, it certainly got to my shoulder muscles working also 😂😂?
Good to hear.
I like these 10 minute exercises. I'm not sure whether that's good or I have no staying power 😂 😂
So second one that's 20 mins but will leave the other for a while, I'm a walking disaster at the moment with the cracked ribs cough and cold and an angina attack yesterday I'm hoping I've had my quota of mishaps for a while 🤞 😂
Yes, will pray that these challenges are done for now! Keep healing and don't overdo.
I'm hoping that eventually I'll reduce this 'pot' meanwhile I'll carry on exercising But continue after also🙂

Gosh 11 days since this one though many of your others are good for the 'pot'. It seems to be getting firmer not sure about less? 🙂
Keep it up, especially if you feel the abs are getting firmer, And good for you!👌😊
I gave up watching after the 300th repetition of the words just a sec. Just went on and on like so many other cure alls!
So sorry, always looking for input, so I just watched the video to figure out what you meant. HELP! Can you explain further?
