5:37 where mobility routine begins.
I've had knee issue. It got to a point that I couldn't stand for 5mins without it swelling up. The surgeon couldn't help. Thank God I went to a physio and then a biokeneticist, within a few months I could walk, no issue. Now I'm starting to increase my exercise, and I'm putting in more effort to learn about the right way to do it to avoid injury
Always so informative, presents it well, and always with a smile. Love docjenfit!
love this thank you, trying to desperately increase my mobility too! 🙌🏼
This is terrific. You have a new follower! Will start with these ! Im 60 and play a lot of pickleball. I want to keep on my feet and everyone around me (my age group) get injured easily.
I could feel it in my hips and it seemed to be what was needed. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing! This is very helpful 👍
Great tips 🙏🏼 glad I Ve discovered your work☺️
This is amazing.
So informative thank you!
Really great!
This video has a lot of great explanation of "how's and why's" of each move. As a suggestion to make a video that is better for repeat watching, it would be nice to have a video that is a straight follow along without all the start and stop of explaining. It would be shorter and sweeter and anyone can just pop the video on and get straight into the routine. ...the best I can do is ask...
Thanks for the feedback! You can find a ton of other "follow along" videos on Jen's channel here: ua-cam.com/users/docjenfit

Too bad I can’t watch this during my workout. Too much explanation
Too much talking😴
Tik Tok generation
I came to watch, earn, all I saw was talking. I really dong get trainers who feel they have to speak more than instruct. You confuse the 2 so much
When the video has this much talking and very little working out you have wasted your time.
You talk too much. Some of your movements you teach are OK but you still talk way too much. Just show and explain the movements.
