I tried. I can't balance my own body? Embarrassing. I didn't know until I watched this video. Practice. Practice. Practice for me.😅

You make it look so effortless. I am just not getting my ground leg to lift. Thought I had a strong core and am very confident in a headstand, but forearm stand is just not happening. Out of frustration I am kicking up which is not ideal. I am also trying to stay away from the wall.

Jeanine Hickling try doing this stretch outside but instead of just lifting lift up and grip the grass so you have less a chance of falling over👍😋 I do that sometimes

I really enjoyed watching your video, as it explained everything very clearly and gave many modifications for those who are not only beginners at this, but perhaps some individuals who have been practicing for awhile, are fairly strong in the upper arms and legs, and yet, are slightly 'intimidated' by trying a forearm stand such as myself. Thank you so much!

Awesome tutorial! I really like it how you tell beginners to start by headstand, I think that's really important as well and I've seen no other video on forearm stand and handstand say that

That's what I thought at the beginning. "How do you do this!!??" I thought, but if it's impossible how do OTHER people do it? But now I can do loads of positions now! I am quite flexible though so I had a bit of a heart start. Keep trying though! :)

I am practicing but it is hard, i can do it against the wall and then come away from it with my legs. Need more arm strenght. When i practise everyday i will get it too. I can do headstands ☺️ also, when i do not practise my headstand i get scared and need to use the wall again, i am afraid to fall, it is stupid but i can not help it haha, fear is a b**ch. also, i can not fall like that, i am not flexible enough. Thanks for this video!!

    • @Supersisterfitness

Work on your core strength and this fear will dissipate over time because the more solid you are in your core, the more control you will have over all of these moves. :)
