Jen, I had a thought (and a question) as I watched your video. I am very short-waisted. Where my lower ribs end, I cannot even insert a full finger's width so my ribs and hip bones nearly touch. My question then: how does the positioning of the ribs and hip bones affect hip function? Does being short-waisted interfere with anything or is there anything to be aware of when doing your exercises? Please consider addressing this in a future video. Thanks!
I guess it doesn't ultimately impact hip function overall, but will just impact how your core operates and the ribcage/pelvic relationship. Thanks so much for the suggestion.

Knee sleeves can help the knee feel a bit distracted from the pain and maybe with more of a feeling of control.
