I really enjoy your videos Ryan. You do a fantastic job conveying the challenges of building an airplane. I bought the SteinAir vents too and the factory bracket for them (RV-14) won't work so I'll be fabricating something myself.
Thank you for the great feedback. I’m happy you and so many others get value out of the videos! It’s fantastic to hear! I love the vents. Worth the money. I went with the smaller ones to avoid having to use the adapter and only hope I don’t regret that. I might wind up with a pencil beam of cool air aimed directly at one eyeball…
It was not a slam. You do things. Then you discover a better way to do it. These things take time and maybe even multiple times. This is how you learn and develop your skill set. No one is born knowing all this. You’re doing great!
I knew it wasn’t a good idea. By the end, these parts will al be primed, powder coated, and/or clear coated. Good to know though. Good addition to keep here.
I should note, this video features some newer footage. If you're worried you've missed something, don't be. More videos on the way!
Keep on keeping on! 😃👍🏻 fantastic progress
Thanks much!!
Great video and I enjoyed the shorter video on one topic.
Fantastic! I may try to sprinkle some more in here and there!

@jeff11030 no, absolutely agree! I think I’ll wind up building a second plane just because I’ll finally know what I’m doing!
Hi Ryan. Another positive vote for the video format. I've got some good inspiration from it for what I'll potentially do on my 8. Thanks
Oh that’s great! Hope the 8 is going well!!
Just a FYI you may already know. Carbon fiber in direct contact with aluminum causes galvanic corrosion 👍
