@ultralighthelicopter.
Testing flying the helicopter 🚁
Awesome build! Can’t wait to see flying
I watched your video from 1st part and till now same passion ❤
Merhaba Türkiye’den selamlar harika bir çalışma!!!
Thank you and best greetings to Turkey
I'm from Indonesia and I've been following your airplane making journey videos for 4 years and it's really amazing, process by process and the results are extraordinary
Thank you :-)
I'm one of those guys that can build and or fix anything, "BUT" im definitely not stupid enough to run through Home Depot and pile up a cart full of shit and build something with it that'll kill my dumb ass 1 min after takeoff!! 😂😂 I say that out of respect that this dude knows WTF he's doing!! .... Disclaimers are great for videos like this because there will be the two teenage idiots in their garage saying "Trust me bro, you don't need those bolts man, they're just for looks!! 🤭 Later that day.... ☠️ ...So please know this guy ain't guessing at shit!! He knew every part inside and out before he even started!! Great job BTW... 👍 Much respect for the precision and understanding it takes!! Keep Rocking!!
man I've been waiting for this for a long time
Waiting the flight test 😊 congratulations for this amazing project 👏 i hope gives you all the cool flights moment's that you deserve. Best regards from Venezuela 🇻🇪

I can feel the love in this build...i dare say perfection, this ultralight with it's proper construction will be enjoyed for many years to come. Well done Sir!
Your joking right???
OMG talk about shit welds...💩💩💩😳😳😳🤡🌎🥴🥴🥴
This is crazy in so many ways!
Each piece is a real jewel !

super professional❤❤❤
Finally I've been watching this since day one ❤
Awesome skills and talent!
Awesome work excellent, bravo 👏👏👍❤
Thank you
Buen trabajo 👍 💪 👏 👌
Very impressive!!
You're so close! Can't wait until she flies. I still question the bearing choices (#6 and #23 at 19:07). The two bevel gears in the gearbox can generate a lot of axial thrust. Admittedly, I can't see the image without being there but I would think they should be tapered roller bearings. Regardless, best of luck. I'm looking forward to your first flights. Kind regards and stay safe!
the project uses angular contact bearings, if I'm not mistaken...the axial load must have been included in the project!
@@oliveiragomes8098 Thx for the explanation.

the Furia ultralight helicopter,beautiful
I really like it, it's really satisfying
If only I could work with such an amazing designer like you
Lovely helicopter 👍👌
Building, Video editing and testing takes some time but the first flight tests are in progress. Greetings
Wow very good
Awesome.. good luck 👍
You need to put castellated or castle lock nuts on critical parts such as the connection of the propellers to the main rotor.
The blades are fixed with nylstop nuts (31:20).
Well done.!
wow.. amazing skills
Good luck bro :)
I have been watching your build from the start! I cant wait to see it fly! What plans are you building off of? Is there a link to them? Keep it going! Awesome work!
Thanks, you can find the plans pdf online if you search for Furia helicopter.

Next video testing flying the helicopter
Hello friend, very good, the project may be getting ahead of myself but be careful with sharp surfaces and corners, I will suffer the effort, they can fatigue and cause cracks. But you already know that, disregard hugs 👍
Comece hoje.
Great job my friend, I wish you success. I have been following all your videos. I am so excited to see it fly 🙏✅ 💚
Eine Wahnsinnsleistung in Anbetracht des hohen Selbstbau-Anteils! 👍👍👍👍 Hast Du die Stunden gezählt? Freue mich auf den Erstflug 😅
Danke. Nein ich habe die Stunden nicht gezählt. Gruss
i can't wait to see this thing fly👍
Only have two questions: 1, Did you do a weight and balance for either main or tail rotor. 2, ARE you aware of the potential erosion on tail rotor forward edges? 3M makes a tape sacrificial tape the Army used on the Th55 training copters. Could save you some agitation and expense. Just a thought. Nice job though. I also noticed the lack of safety wire on most bolts, do you think they won't be needed?.
Hy. Thanks for your suggestion. After trail and error from the first spin up test (video coming up) i did the weight and balance of the main rotor blades again. Now both blades weigh exactly 11.329Kg and have the CG on the same location. Need to reinforce the center plates of the main rotor head (replacing aluminum with stainless steel plates). Then will do the static balance and the tracking of the blades.
I am considering the use of 3M sacrificial tape to use when the blades seem sufficient after further tests. Did some safety wire on the main rotor head, on the tail rotor assembly and on the main rotor mast connections to the frame structure. I try to find a balance between sufficient testing, building and safety of course. But i have to make some compromise in the safety wire on for example the pilot flight control system because the exact adjustments are subject to change when flight tests progress and to safety wire every needed connection before the final adjustments are reached would not be sufficient in my humble opinion. For the moment to hover just a few seconds over the ground would be a great achievement and i go from there and considering more safety improvement. Greetings
Sehr sehr gut 1A toppppppppppp
Danke
Dear sir, You seems from Switzerland but flag at the wall explaining something else, Very Interesting 🧐 Nice 👌. Might be sponsored by red Bull That define How to have wings.❤
You need aply mastinox between alloy and steel parts!!!!!Congratulations!
After watching you build your copter, I relised I don’t have 1/10th the talent nor the tools. I told you once I have the plans saved in my computer somewhere. I’ll have to look and see if still have
totally agree...we need tools....i also need electricity....😂
Good
Amazing machining skills, i never seen anyone with that skills before! WoW! cant wait for the test flight, GENIUS VIDEO MATE!!!!"
You are so talented, you should join bell or sikorsky or even start your own helicopter manufacturing company.
need not need to join anybody...
doesn't matter if this thing flies or not, he earns more money, just by (selling) the 'make-vid' to you
& he earns more respect by just showing the talent he has, to you...
Give this helicopter a certification
What materials are you use man?
Hy. I used aluminum for the main frame structure to keep the weight down.
Danke 🙂
Why was a split screen necessary?? The split screen takes away some understanding of how all the different parts would go together.
Hy. This is just a short complication video, if you like to see the working progress in full screen you can find it with this link ua-cam.com/video/a4QbiZ0MaHw/v-deo.html
Very grateful that rotax 582 engine how many price have
Stacked welds and not one piece of safety wire bold and brave

Did you start with a kit like the mosquito or similar? Or is this a hand built version you designed?! Curious cause I see ya making the gears and everything yourself! If you designed and built this thing your an amazing human being! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks. I fortunatly found the plans for this build online for free and was surprised how it worked out. Some parts like the pilot seat, the cabin structure or the details on the rotor blades i figured out for myself. Greetings
@@ultralighthelicopter Amazing! I Love flying. Helis are my fav. Congrats on a job well done my friend! Be safe and cant wait to see it fly!
@@stanglvr6781 Thank you

What's the empty weight and available power? Been following for some time...
I have a CD for one similar .
No gasket between the two engine or gearbox, rotor etc ?
Wow👏👏👏❤
Does anyone know if you need a pilot's license to fly a home-built helicopter? I would think that you would, but you can never be sure these days.
I've been dying to get a single seat helicopter for a long time I have the experience of a mashed potato I couldn't build one, but I could fly one, you're doing I would have to order one from down south to mosquito what makes me nervous seeing this build is a keyway in the big main gear in the top, wow that never lets go
All the best for your new future single seat helicopter, Sir.
é bom usar porcas parlok e trava rosca em toda a construçao !
Could you please send me a copy of the pdf but in mm, cm, meters? Here in South Africa everything is in these measurments
How about you do your own work you lazy fuck.
What type of welding you are using???
Fine workmanship. Too bad Rotax no longer makes that engine anymore. It was the most popular engine in it's class. Hirth is a possible alternative. RIP the 582.
wow!
Works??????

you would think heat and friction would be an issue with all these high speed gears and parts. didn't see any zercs for lubing or oil pumps for cooling.
Bu nəticə ilə bağlı səni təbrik edirəm
Good job ❤
But when will we see you flying it?😅
linking a drive train with bolts is not a good way to transfer torque, the smallest difference between the bolt and the hole will cause it the shear eventualy, a locked taper pin would be better, a splinded link or an approuved love joy for this application, just saying to help you out. 17:39
Looks great, but, aren't you going to put Abrasion Strips on the leading edge of the rotor blades?
Thanks, yes i consider to put Abrasion Strips on the blades when further test results will approve the performance.
@@ultralighthelicopter I hope everything works out perfectly for you. Well done.
I want to know approximately how much the helicopter would weigh if you made it out of iron
💪👍🤝👍💪
Gracias
May I ask why you went with Al instead of chrome molly? If ya got a chrome molly frame are there areas where the dissimilar metal of Al and molly would cause a problem.
(not tryin to be an ass just curious) BTW nice craftsmanship.
I kept up with the build most of the time but you used Patreon on some and lost me. Glad to see ya finished it. Makin the wings… smart thinkin.
Remember I told ya I live near Trenton Fl. Where they make the helicycle (composit f/x)
Hy. Thank you. I used aluminum for the main frame structure in this build mainly to keep the overall weight of the helicopter down. Best regards to Trenton, Florida
Give me timeline for flight testing
Next video of testing the balance of the Spinning Blades is next. Greetings
