- Which tire is your favorite? I love the Tusk DSport and ran it all summer, but for wet and sloppy conditions can it compete with Goldentyre?
Tires sizes used in this video on 22 FE 350s:
Front tire (Fatty): Goldentyre GT216AA, 80/100-21
Rear tire: Gonldentyre GT333, 120/100-18
Thanks for the great video. Sorry to bother you with this, but could you please tell me what you have in there fir a tail bag? That's what I've been looking for, low profile and doesn't require a rack. Thanks a lot.
Great video. Thanks for the tire review. I have the same tires on my 2022 FE350s. I have been happy with them so far.
What is your coms set up? It seems like it works really well.
Thanks for watching and your encouraging words, much appreciated! 👍 Great to hear you are running the same tires with good success of your sweet 350s! I am running the older model Sena 30K with Mesh Network and the other 2 riders were running the newer Sena 50k with Mesh Network. They are so easy to hook up and the connection self heals even if we get out of range for a moment, highly recommend.
@@oregonmotojohn I’m going to have to look into it. Thanks!
It would be cool to see a overview of all the mods on your 350. Just looking through your videos, I see a ton of mods that haven’t been covered.
Thanks for the reply!
@Billybadass411 The First You are so correct, it took me a little bit to stop flame outs and the like. Keep watching for mod video, no more flame outs and bike runs perfect. Didn't spend a bunch of money to male it run well. I need to make that my next video.
I think I saw Bigfoot running out of the frame on the left at one point. I may look into the tires also. Do you get any kickbacks for their sales?
You saw Bigfoot there too? 😉 Great tires for sure, just take your time getting used to front fatty tire as it cornered differently than I am used to and likes to catch traction sometimes. No kickbacks from the sale of tires, I'm just a normal working guy who has a bad motorcycle addiction. 😀
Where's that link for the rear tire size/designation? I have an FE350s 2023
Good point, I'll check when I get home tonight and update that in description. Thank you for much needed reminder.
Front tire (Fatty): Goldentyre GT216AA, 80/100-21
Rear tire: Goldentyre GT333, 120/100-18
Are these the gummy goldentyres or the standard compound?
Mid-hard compound so it will hold up to a little pavement. Still felt very grippy on wet rocks and roots though, it really surprised me.
Where are you riding at?
Elk Flats OHV riding area just outside of Willamina, OR. Good riding that day, but cold until you got moving!
Oh awesome! Looks like a blast.
@garrettjai91 It was a good time, but the 36 degree F ride to trails in the morning might have made me turn around if I weren't meeting a group of riders! Once I was with some buds, it got better and better!
