Thanks man, you have actually restored hope for me, because everyone one just say that it's genetics...you can't change it...its gonna get worse and bla bla bla. But I have been doing scalp messages and some herbal stuff for a month AND I have actually seen some improvements. I'm looking forward to month 3. Also my scalp is ridiculously flexible now

I have tried implementing all the stuff that you’ve said in the video plus have started treatment via massages, hanging upside down etc. But a week ago when I realised everything would be okay in terms of my hair if I don’t stress, since then I haven’t been able to stop myself stressing about every single little thing because I’m like if I stress I’ll lost my hair, so now each time I stress I stress even more, start thinking about my hair turns stress even more and it turns into a brutal cycle which just has me feeling awful all the time. Does anybody have any advice?

Been there, stress is danger, slowly recovering from stress due to long hours of work and poor sleep and also no workout due to covid and working out was the ultimate stress reliever for me and now that we can go my stress has come back to normal! I'm now starting to feel relax again and Idk if I count right but when I shampoo i have like 4-6 hairs ! I would love to message you to know which steps was the best for you keeping and your growth of hair !

Even if you fake a laugh, your body doesn't know the difference between a real or fake one, so you still get all the health benefits which include decreased stress and the release of endorphins. You need to have a good old ho ho ha ha belly laugh though, not just gently breathing out through your nose. If you've ever seen laughter yoga, it's based on this concept of just laughing to get the benefits and as ridiculous as this all sounds, believe me it works.
