      Just listened to your other video and I am hoping you read this. There's no god coming down to save your marriage or to give you the happiness you seek. That's a fact. If you want to turn a situation around, you have to do it.
      Chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is the most effective way to change any situation because when you chant, you are tapping into the frequency that manifests everything. As a result you are also changing yourself from within and raising your life condition and affecting everything in your environment. .
      This is how you EFFECTIVELY change ANY situation so you can find happiness again. If you don't know how to chant, just stare at a wall with your eyes open and think of the outcome that you want and chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo over and over again. There's nothing outside of yourself. You can turn this situation around and quickly. But only YOU can do it. This is only a karmic situation that can in fact be lessened and quickly but YOU must take control of this situation and turn it around and that only happens when you change yourself from within. Chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is the most direct way to do so.
      This is what actually works. Not looking outside of yourself for some made up entity to change something for you. Chant and make it happen. You have the power to do so. You are not broken. You've just been misinformed. Click here to chant:

    I am so glad you said this. I am militant with my DC, sleeping situation and maintaining my moisture/protein on my relaxed hair. I seldom and like I mean over the last 2 years when I started this slightly obsessed behavior, thanks Ronna, have gotten a split end. I do trim when I relax every 4 to 6 months but breakage is minimal knock ALL the wood. I examine the ends and will lightly dust with a pair of hair shears if they are not perfectly straight!

      @mulliganstew72 2 роки тому

      What shears do you use? My hair has grown so long since I stopped going to see professional stylists, but it is so thick and massive that the shears from Sally’s are dull after two dustings!

    SOOOO glad you're back!! Okay, so, very specifically: for natural hair that is high porosity, is a combination of 3c/4a/4b, (unsure of texture, bc I don't really know what is considered fine, medium, or coarse), and low density, growing out of a sensitive scalp--what is a good regimen for keeping the hair healthy, in order to grow it out?

    Also, thanks about the moisturizing deep Conditioner, that makes so much since.

Looking at pics from the past, while natural, my hair has been at my shoulders curly and down my back blown out. I normally start getting knots around the 4 month mark. I am terrible though, I’ll push to 5/6th month which is a struggle to detangle. I deep condition regularly and really focus on my ends so that’s helps a lot by time I get my trim and keeps it from being a big chop🤣 Excellent video and tips! Also, like how you changed location throughout.

    Thank you so much for this! I couldn't understand why my hair has been the same length for almost 5 years and my ends always have those balls at the end. I had a feeling it wasn't knots but I wasn't sure. Also, when I blowdry, my ends NEVER get straight. And when I do twist outs, my ends DO NOT hold the shape. I also see little broken hairs everywhere when I comb my hair which I knew wasn't good but really didn't understand what was happening. I have gotten professional trims in this time, but it keeps coming back. I am not the best at keeping my hair moisturized, but I knew that was probably the culprit. No matter what I do, my ends always feel dry 🤷🏾‍♀️ It's been difficult to find a routine for my hair that yields results, but with this knowledge, it just got a little easier to work towards. Thank you again!

      @@GetGlamFam Sometimes you have to get a divorce to get REmarried!! That's how I see it! My friend and his wife divorced and last time I talked to him, he mentioned possibly remarrying her. He loves love and loves being in a relationship. They're the best of friends and business partners, so they talk multiple times everyday. He can't keep a girlfriend because of his close relationship with Shelley. I've always been single and I don't recommend anyone get divorced (unless it's an extreme situation). I stopped trimming my hair before the COVID started, and now I have near hip-length hair. I stopped using a blowdryer a year ago and deep-condition my hair weekly, I oil the end of my hair constantly, I sleep in a silk bonnet and I could barely see any split ends (if I find one, I use barber scissors to cut it off immediately, so search and snip method is great for growing out your hair and as a self-indulgenting pastime hobby). My naturally thick straight hair can barely hold a curl after braiding (no more heating iron), but I like it that way.

    Its so good to see you..I really like this video..my ends still feel a little rough so I was thinking to deep condition once a week for about a month to see how this will work, yet keeping up with my now full hair care treatment. ( Thanks to You). I keep my hair in passion twist and have not relaxed my hair in about 2 or more years 😳 when I take them out I always shampoo n condition, wait about 3 weeks wearing a wig, n put the twist back in. But never doing anything extra to my hair, which now I see some damage, but thanks to your tips I am now putting forth a better effort with my hair☺
