Little Wing | The Jimi Hendrix Experience (Cover)

Well, this has been one of my favourite songs for a good while now and I've always wanted to learn that opening guitar riff. Definitely still need to work at it some, and one day I'll learn that solo at the end too. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this one.
Played this one my brother's squire Strat, which is actually not a half bad guitar considering how cheap it was. Could have used my Mex Tele but somehow it felt very wrong to play Hendrix on that thing.
Also my first attempt at trying to record with somewhat good mics into my interface: I did mess around with some Eq etc, added some compression and reverb, but I'm very new to that whole side of music so to any audiophiles out there, your advice would be very welcome.

I really enjoy watching Little Wing covers, every single time it is a different experience, played differently by different people, which is exactly how Jimi Hendrix liked to play it, never the same.
