I have decided to pull the trigger on trying to sell some of my bread on the side. After much prodding from friends and family who have enjoyed my bread for several years now. Your video was short and sweet. And for someone like me who is an "established" home baker, was easy to follow. Thanks for the inspiration. I hope to have a setup like yours one day!

How is your outdoor oven heated so that the heat is even throughout the oven? Do you start a wood fire inside to get the mass of the oven hot and then remove the fire? What is the going price of a hand made loaf of bread in todays dollars? Thank you
