I’m 51, and have always taken good care of my skin. Truthfully, I don’t see a difference in my skin using any form of vitamin C. Once I finish up what I have, I will no longer be purchasing it. I’m coming to the conclusion that none of the marketed serums do anything. In the end, all you’ll need is a moisturizer, sunscreen if you want, I hardly use them because I prefer to wear a wide brimmed hat, and some form of retinol accompanied by a think moisturizer. I absolutely love the Cerave night cream that you showed us and in the winter I love to add a squirt of their gel oil to it. Absolutely perfection in my opinion.

I was chuckling about your comment of wanting larger shampoo bottles than conditioner, because I'm the exact opposite. I use far more conditioner for my very long hair and have finally started buying large bottles of conditioner and smaller bottles of shampoo.

Hi Bobby, when I was going thru menopause, I started acupuncture for my hot flashes and night sweats. After about 4 weeks (of twice weekly sessions), they finally subsided. I went every 4 weeks thereafter for about a year and then slowly tapered back. It REALLY helped me, and I went thru early menopause in my late 30s when they really weren’t offering HRT. Just thought I’d share this with you since it helped me.

When you mentioned sleep it peaked my interest. I was exactly like you. What worked for me was a 30 minute walk everyday. Now I sleep thru…unless I have to pee…then I go right back to sleep. No redoing my HRT or any other drug worked. Walking is what worked for me

❤ I am 57 and I’ve been on HRT for a few years now, and I had major trouble with sleep just like you describe. Magnesium has helped a great deal…you have to play with a different types and how they work for you, and in what dosages. I’m currently happy with Kappa Nutrition Magnesium Complex (a combo of L-Threonate, Bisglcinate and Malate) and a separate Oxide as needed. I also take sleep gummies (Nevis 5-HTP) with sleep supporting ingredients. I have stopped taking melatonin with all the studies coming out about it, which are very concerning. ❤️LOVE REMEDY❤️ I also stopped Tretinoin and use this instead 😎 Love the Laneige lip mask too…use it night, morning…love❣️The only thing I feel is equal, is the Biossance Squalane + Rose Lip Balm in a tube💥 Love Kerasal for my fingernails at night✨Also love The Perricone MD eyeshadow, which I’ve used for over a decade, nothing compares, and No One talks about…until you‼️✨

Wow ! What a bucket full of stuff !!! I love your reviews, speed reviews, yahoos and boos, all of it ! It really helps when I want to try something new. So thank you Bobbie! I wanted to suggest to you to try the LaRoche Posey Adapalene gel to use as your anti aging. My skin is super sensitive too and I started out with the prescription Adapalene and have now gone to the over the counter version because it’s WAY more affordable. Adapalene has only been studied for acne so it doesn’t claim any anti aging benefits, but I worked for a dermatologist for many years and she says it definitely does work for anti aging. I totally agree that it does. It will make you peel occasionally, but I always use the Cereve pm moisturizer as a first layer, then apply the Adapalene and that really helps with the peeling process. Let me know if you try it ! I really love it. Love your videos Bobbie !! You always brighten up my day !!!! 💕💕💕

Hi Bobbie, Karla 63 here once again. lol. I too had to quit Agency. My skin Never not peeled and never wasn’t scaly. No matter what changes my Provider made. I tried Medic8 Crystal Retinaldhyde and my skin loves it. What’s great is they have several strengths. I started with their strength 6, for two months, then went to 8 for one plus months and am now on strength 10. My super dry, dehydrated skin loves it. It’s pricey, but so worth it. My mom Loved the CereVe night cream, so I bought it and am loving it for pm routine. Oh, I love Purito Seoul Wonder Relief Centella Cream( unscented). It’s amazing for super dry skin. I will be repurchasing on YesStyle for fall/ winter months. I don’t know what it is, but every moisturizer with Ceramids makes my face sting abit? I too tried Amika Shampoos and would not repurchase. Great Emptie Video. Always enjoy your personality and honesty. Always get a few giggles in thru them. Thank you Bobbie for being you. Oh, my Optometrist told me to never use Lumify in my eyes? With long term use, it can really cause problems with our optic nerves and blood flow. ? I will keep you in my prayers that you start sleeping thru out the nights. I went thru that and was walking around like a zombie. I am so grateful and thankful to my Dr for Rx a great sleeping med that has and continues to give me amazing sleep. 😊
