Two questions: 1. How cold is your dough when you stamp? Is it firm or soft? 2. Would you ever consider leaving the ice part as the bottom so that it just gives a hint of the icing around the edge and then do something on the baked side instead?

The church ladies and I we volunteer and bake once a month and deliver cookies along with donated clothes to local shelters, it would be so neat to stamp our church name on the back of each cookie treat!
