Also sorry about the music volume always going in and out on the video! We apologize and watch it on low volume 😬 --- except when we are coaching you, then turn the volume up!!
Luis Rodriguez some of the drills are great options for track warm up . Since it’s jr. High , all of them would be options since they need so much basic work @ that age. So yea, feel free to use any and be creative @ that age 👍 - once high school hits they can start to be “more specific”

For speed we mainly go for :10 or less. You could certainly do longer duration for more of a conditioning effect 👍 Probably a 1:1 work rest ratio to keep intensity high
@@magictwicks very … 2 is simply rotational as if you’re opening hips > 90* to open up and sprint 9 is crossing over as if you’re facing forward , tracking someone / something as you run
Ok, you literally boosted the volume of the stupid music to the max halfway through the video. You cranked it up so much that the audio signal is actually clipping and distorting. First of all, your generic loop of music is terrible, but on top of that, why did you feel the need to destroy a listener's ears with the unnecessary and ridiculous sudden increase in volume on that? Smh
Dmitri Mendeleev thanks for the awesome feedback while giving you free information to help you. It’s an accident about the volume so we apologize - it’s not our intention to have the loud burst my dude - UA-cam did that when they had to swap the music list out So again, sorry but hope the video is helpful
@@AthleticPreparation Apologies for the tone of my comment, I didn't realize that I might sound rude when rereading my comment. But yes, your video is otherwise very helpful
Glad it’s helpful buddy and appreciate you watching ... I too hate “Audio spikes” - we tried switching the song but it played it at 1,000% so again - sorry Our other videos shouldn’t have issues ✊ Again thanks for watching - we are here to help

Forgive me if this is a silly question or if it's been answered, but how would you go about deciding the best amount of distance between the cones?
These are short , aim for 3-5 Yds between cones 🤘
Wanted to ask would this be great for a Jr. High warm up for track?

We updated it in the description and chopped the video up 👍
Didn't hear much about how many reps you would suggest. I was thinking go for 45 sec rest for 25. Ik counting reps can be easier for some
For speed we mainly go for :10 or less.

Probably a 1:1 work rest ratio to keep intensity high
Too intense to be true👍🏾
You know it.
How many reps and set should we use in this?

We mention it in the video 😉
@@AthleticPreparation yes😅 thank you❤️
Ik I’m late bro but should I do all of these in one workout and how many sets / reps?
No, I’d pick maybe 2 variations
Start 6-10 reps of 10-20 yards
Complete recovery
@@AthleticPreparation preciate it bro
@@AthleticPreparation so pick 2 drills and do 6-10 reps? Is that enough?
Yea - good start
