    Love this, been hoping you would put something out there specific to tennis.
    I don't have cones, but I place tennis balls on a court near me, in the same positon. I use them in the same way to replicate your agility drills.
    This will be a great help. Thanks

      Thank you! It honestly just depends on the exercise, the goal of the exercise, the program as a whole, athlete training life, sport schedule, etc. so it's hard to give a number.
