You get more bang for your buck when doing pull ups with legs in front of you in a N or (harder) L sit variation due to prestreching the lats. Not to mention the added core work.
Would u recommend for ratio of weight to reps to sets? For the dumbbell exercises? And what weight should I use for the med ball? For someone who is 130lbs and 5'7.

It all depends on the programming. Farmers walks ~ 30 seconds, other exercises 8-12 reps. 3 sets. Just a very rough guideline of what might be included in one of our programs.

It all depends on your full program that you're using, but doing these exercises twice a week would be helpful
