Is the cv axel the same one for both sides driver and passenger?
Excellent Question in which I think I know the answer now!🍻I seen a driver's side video in which the whole strut suspension had to come out!😳😞
@Craig Kallberg I just did both the driver's side and passenger side of my wife's G5, same as the cobalt. They were both the same part and I didn't have to pull any suspension parts out.

Found it. It’s called an Auto Trans Output Shaft, some call it a stub shaft. Part number is 28766-05405776. Make sure to get a seal kit with it 28766-07583811
@@TheWolverine-rm2kr It's supposed to feel a little loose in there, it's just held in place by that retaining ring.
