I've used this recipe, I was shocked by just how amazingly flavorsome it came out. It was like restaurant quality but so much cheaper and so simple to prepare. I'm going to be using this recipe a lot.
I made it today for dinner, it was really delicious my family loved it, it’s a good way to eat lentils. I served it with homemade naans. Thank you very much for the recipe.
Soak lentis for 3-4 hours and then boil them seperatly while you are preparing other ingredients chopping etc then add boiled lentil, curry will be done in 15-20 min. Reduce coconut water and plain water as since lentils are already cooked so it don't require much liquid to blend in
When u boil them separately u lose a lot of the nutrients which will be discarded with the water they were boiled in. They should be boiled together with the rest of the ingredients as shown in this video.
I tried making this recipe the other day and it was absolutely outstanding! I added lime leaves, a lot more curry powder, some lemon zest, and some cayenne to make it spicier. This is going to be a staple recipe that I'm going to cook all throughout the cold seasons. Thank you so much!

There was enough for another meal the next day so I altered it slightly. I added a little more coconut milk from a small can. Added some jalapeno chillies from my greenhouse ( glass house ).
