- I had no idea these veggies were so delicious! Very simple recipe for vegetables in the oven! Fast, easy and very tasty! Yummy! A dish everyone will love! I just grate zucchini and potatoes and bake in the oven! Vegetable cake turns out very flavorful and tender! This dinner is super easy to make and the ingredients are the simplest you can have on hand! Very tasty and easy!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Salt.
Let the zucchini steep for 15 minutes.
2 large potatoes.
Water.
Let the potatoes rest for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
1 carrot.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
2 peppers.
chop finely
Cover with a lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove water from zucchini.
Don't forget to stir the veggies!
Remove water from the potatoes.
Vegetables are ready.
Corn 200 gr. / 1 cup.
Chives.
Parsely.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Flour 200 gr. / 1 cup.
Gradually add flour.
Mix well!
sunflower oil.
Distribute the mixture well.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes. Cheese 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
Garlic.
Dill.

Il mais e il peperone li ho esclusi (in casa non piacciono), al posto della farina, quella di ceci (x ciliaci) Divisa in due parti, scamorza e mozzarella asciutta nel centro ed è venuta davvero buona!
