So sorry! We use Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic - it was blended for red drum but is fantastic on all fish and seafood. We sell it in our market but you should be able to find it at your local grocery store by the spices, it is in a tall clear glass bottle with a chef's picture on the label.
