Amazon sell some wire racks you can put on top of the glass, so your food is not soaking in the oil. Look for mini wire cooling racks. They also make them specifically for air fryers, and some of those even have notches for skewers. The Brava is a great machine, and very versatile with little ingenuity.
Nice video Tech. I wonder if you just add the bread crumbs, and don't spray the chicken. Because the chicken already had fat on the skin. Just wondering how it will come out. I am a cook myself. Try a small rack from Amazon to lifet the wings from the grease 👍🏼
