    great job on the shear chops, some other reviewer cooked pork chops also but never sheared them prior, Crazy, and then said they just tasted like the chops had been boiled, doh 🙄

      I did a lot of testing and the sear option on the Brava is best for thinner than 1 inch chops, then flipped half way. It sears it well! Thank you for noticing
