    As someone who does 90% of their cooking in a toaster oven, OMG. I was thinking a French door toaster oven with a digital display was fancy this is a whole different level. Thank you for your efforts!

    This is amazing. This could actually be live saving, provide better nutrition and allow the elderly stay in their homes longer.
    A good side business or brava expansion would be pre-prepped (one pan) meals that someone can place in a brava pan, hit a pre-set option and load into the brava.
    The most important issue, other than falls, with elderly is cooking and healthy eating.
    I’ll leave you to present to Brava if you choose.
    Thank you for showing us this awesome gadget

    While it is true it is easier to get sunburned at higher elevations, it has absolutely nothing to due with being "closer to the sun" and everything to due with the atmosphere being thinner, lol.

      Does a person at ground level have more or less atmosphere between their skin and the sun than a person in the mountains? 🤔

    Really good review. This thing is on our radar for this Christmas. Also, don't ever use that Denver explanation. Your friend is wrong. It's not because you're closer to the sun, which is on average 93 MILLION miles away (which actually varies by about 3 million over the course of the year). One more mile closer doesn't make any difference. It's the thin atmosphere at that altitude that doesn't filter out the burning UV rays as much as a thicker atmosphere would.

    The tray is numbered 1 2 3 for different heat. Can you cook 3 steaks on the tray with the heat being adjusted equally

    • @ProBuyersGuides
      @ProBuyersGuides  2 роки тому +2

      Yes. You just have to click the plus sign in the cook to add extra steaks and it will tell you which zones to put the extra ones.

    How long have you used it before this review? I want to know what’s the reliability after 2 years or more. I’ve read numerous complaints about the $1300 June failing after just 2 years so I’m hesitant t spend that much money on a toaster oven.
    And are the non-stick accessories Teflon (or some toxic variation) or are they non-toxic? I don’t believe any of these reviewers who say Teflon is non-toxic because the temperature doesn’t get hot enough for it to be toxic. They’re just parroting what the corporation tells them instead of doing some real research.

    Do you need to turn over when cooking steaks, chicken pork chops

    • @ProBuyersGuides
      @ProBuyersGuides  2 роки тому +1

      Depends on the cook and they’re changing quite a bit. But typically yes I’ve had to flip the steak or burger once during the cook. For a sear of the steak it seems like that is much more prominent on the top than on the bottom where the steak touches the pan.
      Sometimes I’ll do a manual sear at the end myself if one side seems less done.

    Just to clarify your Denver analogy, it isnt because you are closer to the sun. It because there is less atmosphere between you and the sun to protect you.

    I just got this, partly based on this review. Using it is NOT like this for me. It took over 2 hours to try and figure out the first meal. I couldn't get it to cook different in the 3 zones. Full wings (no recipe for) didn't turn out crispy and other food got overcooked. There are not many recipes in the app. (Only 1 for wings, which are drummettes, and 2 with teriyaki sauce and one with bar-b-que sauce-that's it.) The instructions that come with are super minimal. For such a high price, you think they could have done a decent manuel! The screen you have to look at to input data is hard to work with if you are short as it is not far below eye level. I had to get a step-stool. The input buttons are teeny weenie in the screen! SUPER tiny on a keyboard. Had to get a pen with a cushion for ipad input because the placement of keys is so tiny. Oh...and you have to pay an EXTRA $60 for shipping on this nearly $1500 oven. I'm going to return mine. This is NOT well set-up and it feels VERY over-priced for what it does. I've spent hours trying to get it to work well and it is super hard to work with. I'm very disappointed. Not worth the money.

    Do you think is it possible to negociate a little payment ? I never tried this before and I'm afraid to sound awkard.
