Thanks for the great video and your canid honesty about adding a minute because you like your burgers well done, most people would blame it on the oven. Oh and the finger poke in the middle of the Burger help hint was awesome after cooking burgers for years I had forgot all about it and how well it helps. Thank you Sir once more for the fantastic video.

Those are some good looking burgers! And I agree that rare steak is the way to go but since hamburger is ground and mixed with various cuts it’s never safe to eat them rare. The sear on those looked really good but I’m curious how much smoke was produced inside the kitchen? I didn’t hear any smoke detectors going off so was it negligent? I’ve tried to get a good sear using an air fryer only to smoke us the house.
REALLY ??? cheap meat, cheap seasonings and you said "to season to taste" ? how is that done with raw hamburger meat ??? and no mention of your hands being washed (or wearing gloves) SO YES...... this WILL take you to the next level..... the next level being the bathroom. I just wasn't impressed with this video at all.
