I had an LS2 valiant when i was riding. I hit a deer and flipped over the bars and never even realized i hit my head until i saw my visor broken off laying on the ground. Helmet has some scrapes as well from the wreck. Very comfortable helmet brand and will be purchasing another when i get my next bike.
Depending on the shape of a rider's head, it can definitely fit too tight. I think LS2 fits a round head fine, but you'll need to order a size up. And it takes at least 15-20 hours of use before the pads break in and conforms to the shape of your head.
I have a round head, so for me the LS2 seems to be a better fit than other brands. You'll just need to probably go up one size. Keep in mind though, it takes some time to break in the helmet pads, so it may seem a little too snug until you've worn it at least 15-20 hours. Try ordering through cyclegear.com. They have free returns for 30 days.
Hi Giannis! You can lengthen the right chin strap quite a bit by pulling the outer portion of the strap down. You’ll need to pull off the plastic cover on the metal clip at the end first. Keep pulling till it’s long enough for you, then reposition end clip and upper metal strap clip and it should be fine.

They’re definitely a well-made helmet. Very popular in Europe. Not that well known here but that will change in time
I tried one on at Bike Week, and it was very comfortable while standing there. I look forward to hearing your review while ridding.
Thanks for watching! I’ll be posting a long term review in about a month
@@newharleyrider Any plans on the follow-up video?
Just posted an update on the helmet after riding with it for a couple months
I just watched a guy from Denmark unbox his with 3 black helmets on his table, his was a gorgeous gloss black carbon but the same model FF901
I think the gloss black carbon is only available overseas. Haven't found any for sale here in US
Amazing video and coverage on this new helmet!
Thanks a lot!
Is it possible to remove the red details on the sunshield? I would like it to just be black.
How did it fit since you went to a large from the prior model?
My concern is exactly what was said ..bobble head with the XL
How is the L.. I measure the same a xl but could maybe get away with cheek pads
I just posted a short term update. Let me know your thoughts
I’m going to try the Scorpion Exo Evo Tech Pro the LS2 was TO TIGHT …

looks great 👍
what’s the price of the helmet?
$499 USD
Thinkin of buying one but nowhere to try this if it fits well. Is it round shape or long-oval as most LS2s are? my head prefers a more rounded ones.
