This week Barb from Joggles Mixed Media Supply and I are once again coming to you from Sedona, AZ. We have enjoyed some down-time in the evenings doodling and coloring these fun access rice papers.
All too often we get caught up in the end product rather than just enjoying the process. I don't know what I will do with my colored, doodled rice papers, if anything, but in this video I'll also show you how I mounted one of my favorites to a 9x11 panel so it's ready to hang!

I really like the different ways you added color to all the prints the whole black and white photos then adding color was cool

These are awesome and your process so inspiring!! Thanks to you both!! The tips on water color were helpful … at first I was afraid she’d look like a pumpkin! I’m sure there’s a learning curve working with various media on this paper!
Watercolor dries a LOT lighter and it looks dark because the paper absorbs all the water all the way through! But you can see when it dries that it's pretty light. :)
I had my order in before the video was done! I may go back for more!

Like a month ago I started thinking on coloring some faces that I had, thanks for the inspiration.
One question do you think it could be glue it first? And then paint it?
@@mariaisabelgarciavazquez9675 that might work! I would say to just do a little test on the corer of the sheet first.

I often blend my art crayon colors with a baby wipe. Not sure how that would work on rice paper though.
Give it a try! I think Barb had luck with blending and matte medium. I used the watercolor on straight paper

Where did you get those watercolor fan-out pans? You don't list them here and I think it is very clever.
