another great video, I like the way you show your production and the full process in this one, even from sketching lines and showing that not everyone can get it in the right place first time even if you have been drawing for as long as you have, thank you for a great video and explanation.

As always, superb content. I’m starting a new project but am a little rusty as I have a full time job and BJD is my go to. This video is exactly what I was looking for. No fluff, excellently created video that can easily be followed with so many tips and tricks even for an experienced illustrator. Well done, an awesome help. P.s I also recommend beejays brushes, and this shows how to use them properly, something that I was struggling with. 👍👍👍👍

I love following your tutorials! I've learned so much about digital drawing from you specifically. One thing I have really been struggling with is how to pick/create my own color palette. I know you have done a video on color theory but im wondering if you could do a video on the process of how you figure out what to create/draw and how you choose your colors! Especially shading colors…

Total newbie to drawing and Procreate! Having a mare with layers but your tutorials really help. Spent a few hours doing this one and am really pleased with the result. Of course I had to make a mistake somewhere along the line and my layer 2 is in total shade still 🤦‍♀️ Reducing opacity changes the outline to white so not an option. Fixed it by changing the background layer to black but have no idea what I did wrong. Still end result is pleasing. Just be glad I’m not your rl student-you’d resign 🤣

do the brushes only work in procreate or can you import them to other software? I follow along using clip studio paint.

I know I wasn't getting the same line weights, but then I bought the PROGRIP and instantly....just like fucking magic. MY LINES ARE THE EXACT SAME AS YOURS!!! Great video!

I would love to see your cartoon version of the head banger from Stranger Things 🙏
I’m trying to do that myself. I tend to put the line art into sections (shoes, pants, head and so on) and I sometimes forget to have the same thickness in those sections 🤯

Check out Billy Martin…he’s done a really cool cartoon version of Eddie! Billy is a great artist (and just happens to be the guitarist from Good Charlotte too.)

I hate disgusting trolls like you on UA-cam! Why can’t you keep comments like this to yourself? By the way…you coming back in town for Christmas? Beverage cooler is full of Yuengling if you roll through. Wifey has pickles waiting in the fridge too 🤣🤣🤣

@Tyrell Martinez He's right ..to much color on it. Simple color . Purple and a few stars. Or. Blue ..he killed it with that aqua bright color around the edges ...

@@BeeJayDeL He got a point though. Why add bright aqua around the eyes . Keep it simple ... So don't be butthurt
