Honestly to this day, when it comes to unique lightsabers, nothing tops Darth Maul’s double bladed saber. I’d probably swap out color based sabers for Count Dooku’s curved hilt saber

There are currently 22 different types of known lightsabers that have appeared within the Star Wars universe. My favorite type are standard-hilt lightsabers, or standard lightsabers as some call it. My second favorite type is a crossguard lightsaber.
Lightsaber crystals from Ilum are NOT called kyber crystals. They’re just called Ilum crystals. Also they only produce green or blue colors. One’s personality has nothing to do with it
Exar Kun's short hilt double bladed saber looks nice. But my favourite is Darth Nihil's long hilt lightsaber, somewhat reminding me of Zweihander or or Nagamaki.

I’ll say this about canon they make a better link between prequel era to original era from comics and games, they introduce the inquisitors. The top 10 Jedi legends characters excluding movie and tv shows characters from clone wars and rebels get your info from books and old republic era and even before that. Top Star Wars era from both legends and canon era example legacy’s, old republic dawn of Jedi.

Imagine if someone only had to use the Force to wield their lightsabers instead of using their hands. Having a whole bunch of lightsabers levitating around them sounds so cool.
Kreia/Darth Traya does that in the final battle in Knights of the Old Republic 2. She got her left hand cut off at the beginning of the game and in the first phase of your final fight with her, you cut off her right one. When the second phase begins, she uses the Force to telekinetically control three purple lightsabers.
there isn't a peice of star wars content i've not consumed, but my excitement at the cinema seeing mauls double blade was crazy, and i remember playing a video game as a child as plo koon with a yellow saber , ahsoka being my favourite character comes in strong too with her white sabers or green and yellow colour

Remember in Rebels when the Inquisitors used their lightsabers as helicopters? That was so dumb.
