There was a time she proudly put up a video of her dog eating grass as though it was a good thing... Until someone pointed out if a dog eats grass its so it can force it to throw up as its got an upset stomach. Her vegan food she give her dog is literally making it unhappy. The dogs age and breed indicate it should be more lively then it is, but it always looks so lifeless and like it doesn't want to do anything. I personelly think she only has the dog because of its political statement as dogs are carnivores and to have it on a diet of vegan to her likely proves a point. Thankfully its not a cat as vegan food does a lot of harm to cats.

This woman is simply terrible. I genuinely want to believe she’s just trolling because it’s hard on the head to know that people are unironically like this.
That’s one of the more infuriating aspects of her channel. I do not have a problem with vegans or vegetarians in general, but I have a huge problem with self-righteous, gatekeeping, condescending loudmouths who spout off opinions like they are some ordained universal truths.
I’m not saying this is a positive trait by any means, but my first instinct when approached like that about a cause, even if it something I agree with, is to do the exact opposite in front of that person if possible and walk away.
That kind of behavior usually winds up souring any potential converts, makes less militant people that support the cause feel like they have to apologize for the condescending behaviors of others, and only appeals to those that are equally zealous.

So the majority of people have one of the two physical sex characteristics, agreed. No one is arguing about that. The so called “SJW” term “gender” refers to how someone dresses, which pronouns they use, and what roles society expects them to fill.
In my opinion, this should not matter at all. Unless it’s a medical situation or a reproductive one, a person’s sex should not affect their daily life at all-what job they have, how much education, if they can stay at home and take care of dependents, how they are allowed to dress (obviously some across-board restrictions there, like covering genitals, but honestly I don’t think guys should be allowed to go topless in public either. Just my opinion) and which pronouns they are allowed to use. None of these things should be restricted to “people who fit the societal standard of masculinity/femininity exclusively”, because none of these things are dictated by our genitals. Calling someone with a penis “her” won’t change the existence of that penis (as much as some people would like it to), so pronouns are more about how a person presents themselves to the world, or what the left calls gender.
This is why people say “gender is a social construct”. They don’t mean “no one has genitalia”, they mean “genitalia doesn’t or shouldn’t restrict how you can interact with the world, how people treat you, and what you’re allowed to do (meaning everyone has the same consequences for taking the same actions)”.
Sorry this was long, but it’s a complicated subject which I personally didn’t understand until much later than I should have. In the end, people will be weird, but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve basic human decency.

Vegan food is no healthier than normal food. It's about the type of prep and cooking you do, not specific choices about whether you use animal products or not.

I'm a vegan. Not because of any ideology or anything of the sort, and I certainly don't think anyone should be pushed into such a big dietary change.

As someone who's livelihood is dairy pretty much, she's so fucking wrong about the milk industry lol. She's talking about very specific companies. And when they say 'cows don't get names in the milk industry', all of our 300 cows do, for example.
How the heck do you recognize them???? Like, how do you know that specific cow is Nancy among 300 cows? How farmers recognize their animals are always a miracle to me.

Livestock often have halters with numbers on them, and somethings additional stuff sharpied on them. Plus, they don't really look alike, once you've gotten used to the way they look, even the breeds that don't have random distinctive markings like Holsteins. Even if you're calling them by their numbers, that's still basically a name.
I've never understood the idea that farmers can't tell the livestock apart (no offence). After all, you need to be able to tell who's who for their medical records and breeding.

I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and rarely ever got a bad response from saying that (apart from when I was younger but you can’t really blame 5 year olds), and actually inspired many people to become one too. However, since That Vegan Teacher blew up, everyone I know thinks that veganism and vegetarianism is pointless and stupid because of the way she has acted. She’s literally achieved the complete opposite of her goal.
She's turning off people that might have been interested in veganism with her rusty personality, she sure annoyed the heck out of me. I'm actually starting vegetarianism (lacto-ovo) tomorrow. My sister has been a vegetarian for almost 30 years.
On top of all that, she’s incredibly hypocritical. Once she read an angry comment about her which contains words like “die” and “hell” which she herself says “beep” to censor them, and then for most of her videos she swears like a bajillion times shamelessly and without censoring them like I have no idea why, how did she mess that up so badly
I was born and raised on a cattle farm that has been run by my family for 4 generations (including myself). We have always cared for and raised our animals ethically so I know where our meat comes from. I will personally never give up meat so these videos never would've appealed to me. But, for those who are on the fence about their diet, this is definitely not the way to go about convincing them.
Agreed. We breed sheep for similar purpose. Some are sold as meat, others kept for wool, and some are shown to increase their price, very few special ones are more pets.

Theoretically, you are correct. In nature, animals killing each other for food isn’t murder, or morally wrong, it’s survival. It’s how nature weeds out the weaker individuals and provides for its remaining, living individuals. Animals kill, sometimes gruesomely, but in their minds, they aren’t in the wrong. Murder in nature for the same reasons a human may murder is relatively rare.
