  • 5 BEAN SALAD
    A super easy, quick high protein, healthy, low carb salad recipe. It’s Gluten free and vegan too. Perfect for a picnic or barbeque or a dinner party.
    Ingredients:-
    1 Can Chickpeas
    1 Can Red kidney beans
    1 Can Cannellini beans
    1 Can Black chickpeas
    1 Can Butter beans
    1 Small Onion
    ½ Cup Cucumber
    1/3 Cup Coriander leaves
    1 Tsp Salt
    ½ Tsp Red chilli powder
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    Method:-
    1. Wash all the beans in a sieve.
    2. In a bowl add the beans, chopped onion and cucumber.
    3. Season with salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Serve cold.
    6. Enjoy 
