I love to watch her cook. I make a similar salad but I take a shortcut for the dressing. I use KRAFT "zesty" Italiian Dressing. I spice it up a little more with similar seasonings she uses and a little freshly minced garlic.
My mother use to make very similar cucumber salad. This looks Very delicious. May I add 1 suggestion : remove the "tomato seeds ". They do not digest/ or breakdown well. More important to know is -- some of them get permanently stuck in the wrinkled walls of the intestines / colon --- and in time - fester or promote the growth of colon polyps. It's easy to scrape off the seeds, and this doesn't affect the blend nor taste of the tomatoes.
oh yes, I will go to the supermarket or fruit and vegetable store to find good cucumbers and tomatoes, as well as red onions (much easier to find). I already have the ingredients for the dressing! thank you!@@phils_kitchen
@ the key is “long enough to chill.” If it chills it’s too long. Yeah. It really will lose all its flavor. Just like cheese does. Only with cheese the flavor comes back when it warms up. With tomatoes it’s gone forever.
Love it! Simple yet appetizing.
I love that crunch. 😋🤭 A yummy salad.
you should try it. you'll loveee it🤗

Hi is it a must wine?
Could you put the dressing in a bottle and just add some to your salad as you eat?
❤❤❤😮😮
❤❤
Girl wow
❤❤❤ .
Yani no need to wash onions even though you soaked🤔
was it intentional not showing ucumber washing , very wise woman people online are such babies🤣
She walked over to the water faucet. That’s fair enough because lots of cooking channels prewash before recording thereby eliminating this step. 🙋♀️
Looked good until you said “chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.” Chilling tomatoes removes all flavor :(
Putting 🍅 in the fridge for a mere 15 minutes does not remove all the flavor.
@@preciouscoleis Time is irrelevant; it’s the temperature of the tomatoes. If it’s in the fridge long enough to “chill” it’s to long.
Not if it’s left in that The fridge for that small couple minutes it’s not gonna lose its flavor tomato that is

I would put lemon juice not-red wine vinegar
Why
Good 4 u
What happened to Phil?
