I play a sliver deck in my casual pod with Morophon as the commander. Such a staple, I don't think they'd have fun with this monster of a deck you've got here lol.

I'd love to see this all foiled out!!! My only foiled out deck is Atraxa right now but this would definitely be the next one on the list. What percentage would you say you have already?
@@nelsikegaming I got about 15 slivers so far counting sliver queen I picked up today MP for $140 I guess it be the only non foil besides my duels lol, looking at a Gaea’s cradle for the right deal, Im glad training grounds has went down some in a foil it used to be almost a hundred, any reason you don’t play 0 cost artifacts like mox diamond or mana Crypt, vault or even sol ring? Was wondering your input on coat of arms I picked it up to play in it. 🙏🏻

I don't play the others in this deck because it's already Slivers I don't want people to hate me THAT much more lol my group's power level is usually 6-8 and we don't use mana crypt and moxes unless we need them. I would use them for a mono red deck for sure or a CEDH build but this makes mana fast enough. I don't want to win without the deck doing its thing. I usually don't even tutor for combos and try to win through combat damage.

Really a beautiful deck. I'm also in the process of re-dating mine, unfortunately I imagine I'll get everything possible in foil, haha. Luckily I already have about 80% of the cards. I play just for the Queen combo , with a perfect hand a win in turn 2/3 is possible 😄 But to make it a bit nicer for the others the sideboard is designed to switch from combo to beatdown. (incl. commander switch to hivelord). I'm actively building it for the whole 2022 year and I've had the idea since I started playing Magic (a good 20 years ago xD). Greetings

I'm a little surprised you just aren't running intruder alarm, mortuary, dark heart sliver or constricting sliver, constricting sliver is great for when someone wants to exile your stuff because you can make that token with the sliver queen and essentially blink it out of existence and it's great for things like farewell.
@@TTVKeter If you want to beat Xander just make your decks fast enough to kill them before they play that 7 cmc salt dog 😂. Also in a 4 player pod he should be easier to beat since his abilities only target one player at a time. This gives you an opportunity to politic your other friends to take him out. Then again, he can counter-politic and say he won't kill them...just you hahaha

Hi Sekushi! This could very easily be made as a budget deck by switching out the dual lands with bond lands / slow lands / and pain lands. Instead of foils get the regular versions and if some of them are expensive trade them for some more budget friendly slivers or...proxy them! If I was playing with you and you wanted to build a deck but didn't want to spend the outrageous amount of money I would be ALL for you to play with proxies. No need to wait for the precon you did right in building your own first and I would love to see the list you came up with.

@nelsikegaming that's ok, I thought it could until a few weeks ago when I built a sliver deck haha. It's one of those things where there are a lot of cards in magic and knowing the exact wording of each is near impossible!

You could replace seedborn muse with intruder alarm it's a bit better and faster to combo with, I've got my own sliver deck I've been slowly foiling over the years
This deck focuses on reducing colored pips as Morophon is the main tutor target and most new slivers cost 3 generic + one colored mana. I would add Gravemother + Hatchery Sliver.

Cost reducer barely reduces its cost and even though it's really good the cost is a bit high for this build and other slivers seem to make more sense to me atleast
I love my sliver deck ! Everytime I play in a new player pod and set don't the first sliver.....I get the "uh oh".....and I just know I'm going to be archenemy......I play more removal and tutors.....I cant see myself playing a mono-colored deck after having access to all spells.....
This deck is already the boogeyman in my pod if I were to add more removal and tutors I wouldn't be allowed to use it 😂 jk. I have all the tutors I need in Overlord really. I also like playing defensively until it's too late. My interaction is in the slivers themselves. Once I get my key pieces on board, they're very hard to interact with. With Morophon + Hibernation Sliver + First Sliver I pretty much play every sliver in my deck (with the limit of how much life I pay) without going into infinite combos (which I'm not a big fan of) and if my plans are thrwarted I'll have a big laugh because if you can survive that then it's a good time.
I'm not worried about that. Most of my mana will come from my creatures and I have free counter spells. If I don't have either, someone else will deal with the Blood Moon. There's no space in this deck for basics.

any upgrades you would make if budget was no limitation? mox diamond? grim monolith? imperial seal or vampiric tutor instead of DT/Enlightened Tutor?
There is no budget limitation on this one, the build just isn't CEDH so I wouldn't add those cards. I'd rather use those card slots for synergy.

Why does no one play broodsliver? Seems good with shadow/shifting/lavabelly etc.
