Just like taking on any "small" project on an older vehicle, it always snow balls into more and more. This video is case in point, door adjustment turned into window seal replacement and more to come!!!
The window seals were not a difficult task, and made a huge difference in look and function. They were sourced from Summit Racing, they were in stock and arrived next day.

I have to do this for front and back windows on a 94 Suburban. The previous owner had five dogs. When she was out and about they'd get bored and destroyed all the window seals and glass channels. I'm not looking forward to it. But thank you very much for your vid. It boosted my courage. (I think it may require I remove the glass.)
I am glad that anything I did, was able to help. I have snuck in new channels on the OBS body doors without removing the glass. New seals are rigid but bend enough to go.

I started rebuilding my vent window. 0 of 10 recommend. I ended up finding someone to sell a complete one. Definitely worth the money to buy complete if you can find one. I have all the supplies for the rebuild if you would like them for the low. All from LMC.
I am trying to find a pair assembled like you did or possibly sending mine off. I do not think that is a job for myself. I imagine it turning into a far bigger job that it should be, if I were to tackle it.
The 0 of 10 part killed it for me.😂😂😂
Just did the passenger side, def 0 out of 10 but doable if you remove the rivets but you will need one that swivels for outside piece
Buying parts from LMC is a Recipe for failure.

I was yesterday years old when I learned of that kit. It is going to need it with the new seals. They are super slow. I appreciate the recommendation. It's already ordered.
Not really an issue with good fitting door panels as it is with terrible structural support on new ones. I changed the ones out on my 78 truck and the originals were about twice the weight of the new ones and once you flipped them over it was obvious why.
That is true. I wish a thousand times that I would had bought every 73-87 nos parts I could get my hands on when the dealers were closing up.
