You admit that the Purple Hammer is your first Urethane and then you go on to say it's your favorite urethane? It's a great ball, but it doesn't shoot the way 99% of urethanes do. It doesn't play straight the way something like a Pitch Black, or a Fast Pitch would. Or even the older Urethane balls from the 80s and 90s. It definitely feels way stronger than urethanes. It can be compared to my Axiom Pearl. A pearl reactive ball that's very strong off the spot. I can pretty much get as deep and sometimes even deeper with my Purple Hammer than I'm able to get with my Axiom. Therefore even though the Purple Hammer is technically a urethane ball, it feels weird calling it and classifying it as such.
My first urethane was a pitch black. You're on the money about it not playing straight like the pb or fp. I actually have a video about to go up about it. And yeah I'm a little behind on the review date 😂 I was trying to capture what it was like for someone who never had one. Hopefully I get to try the Double Cross
The purple hammer also known as “Daddy🤤” the ball a lot of people get, even though they don’t need it. They also tend throw it on any pattern they don’t know how to play.
Yeah I agree with this myself. I had to use it on house for the video, but you'll never see me use it in league... maybe at spares and such. Definately saving it for the medium/short patterns
@@SheriffLangdon I have this ball an it’s currently being used as my first ball my hammer is a 16lb drilled lefty but im a righty bowler 😁 it works well for me but every now an then ill get a pocket 8,9, or 10. The only thing I dont like about the hammer is that it eats the oil away WAYYYY faster an by the 3rd game the lanes r dry asf then I have to use another ball that also hooks alot but its not a 16lb its a 15lb.

Lol what? It’s nothing like an Axiom pearl 😂😂
It doesn’t absorb oil because it is urethane and classified correctly.
