This afternoon I made Cornish pasties then my daughter said she doesn’t like Cornish because they’re like ‘mushy brains’ She asked me to make steak bakes instead so here I am. I hope they’re good because she’s a very harsh critic. 😕
Gregge’s Steak Bake is very variable: often lumps of fat and usually Luke warm. They must be making a fortune out of us. Make your own, if possible. Freeze a batch of them. It’ll be much healthier and much cheaper.

hahah!! No Mushrooms and no blue cheese in my world. I ended up stuffing them with all sorts though, so simple and so versatile.

Looks great! Seems a lot like our Aussie meat pies, but oddly we always use a splash of Worcestershire, which as far as I know is British
