    • @CulturedCuisine
      @CulturedCuisine  3 роки тому +1

      You can add more butter of reduce the flour, i did this, so i can add more milk, that way, i get more sauce. It is easy for beginners to add more butter, that way, less chance of getting lumps.

    • @gerriebell2128
      @gerriebell2128 2 роки тому

      @@CulturedCuisine usually the ratio is 1 tablespoon of flour for every tablespoon of butter, per 2 cups of milk. For a thicker sauce it is more flour, the thickest being two tablespoons of flour per tablespoon of butter per two cups of milk. You can adjust as you wish, like in this recipe.

      From research and personal experience, palm oil and coconut oil are among the healthiest oils.
      Especially the red palm oil.
      It promotes weight loss. It does not oxidise when you use it to fry.
      Try including palm oil in your meals for just 1-2 weeks , feel, experience and see the results for yourself.
      How to minimise or eradicate the the strong aroma of palmoil.
      Always fry onions in palm oil before adding to whatever you want to cook with it.
