Maryam Sallemikia no, contacts come out. Especially if you accidentally open your eyes underwater or you get splashed. Plus it's bad for your eyes because bacteria can get under the contacts. I've done my research lol

try one of those fabric headbands and wrap it around your head length wise. That's what I would do
Twist a t-shirt into a tube, then lay it in a circle and put your ear in the circle. I wear glasses too. It helps to keep the part behind your ear from pushing up, but I can't do much if you want the full face down. I mostly lay on my arm.
Am I the only one who seemingly dosent have that struggle? I don't know why but mine don't do that thing.
Try the Laysee pillow. It has a dent in the middle so you can rest your glasses.

This raises an interesting question, have the people who wrote these "hacks" actually worn glasses for a vision problem? Cause if they haven't, that explains why some of their tips are either useless or just blindingly obvious (no pun intended) to us folk who have worn glasses for years.

The hair tie trick to stop glasses from slipping actually works! I tried it and it's really useful.
Or you could you know get glasses that fit or have them adjusted at the store. They have a special heat machines to bend the glasses into a shape that fits and they'll do it for free.
When cleaning with the oil-free dish detergent, at the end, rinse carefully with a very thin stream of non-bubbly warm/hot water. If you move slowly across the lens you can completely dry the lens - no towel needed on the lens. You might still want to dry the frame to remove remaining water, but you'll end up without streaks or smudges on the lenses.
I've done the water truck countless times and it always left streaks and smudges. But it was the only
way to clean them

1:29 "Crystal Clear" Oh yeah, that huge smudge on the right lens near the nose totally wouldn't bother me... nope, not one bit.
This method does actually work quite well (as long as you can clean better than buzzfeed), just know that soap with oil can leave little rainbow-y spots on your glasses after it dries, so unless you have an emergency, stay away from those soaps.

That toothpick trick saved my life- I lost the screw to my glasses in a different country and had an exam extremely soon after I got back, it was the only reason I managed to complete the exam

Haha it’s actually a thing! When I was a middle schooler, I would often lose screws from my glasses and I came up with the idea of using toothpicks because it was the only thing that would hold it together (I’ve tried thread, glue, scotch tape, etc). Was really hard for me to break off the ends though.

When you wear contacts, and forget so you put on your glasses and then things go wonky.
It's easy to buy glasses cleaning wipes and a repair kit... They're a must for anyone as blind as me, as well as having a set "home" for my spare pair.

Or you can use jewelry wire in place of a screw that way when (or if) you go to a vision center that offers free repairs the optician can just cut the wire doesn't have to attempt to unwedge a piece of broken toothpick. Also a lot of vision centers will do free adjustments regardless of where you bought your glasses from so instead of walking around with hair ties behind your ear you can just get them adjusted properly for free.

I use a small bit of electrical tape across where the arms rest on the ears. This increases it's friction quite a bit. plus on my black glasses you can barely see it

I law blindly for my glasses lol. I was thinking tiny rubber bands might be a good alternative to the hair ties. You could use bands meant for braces or just regular rubber bands.
