I'm the biggest noob medic out there, so I probably don't know anything you don't already know.
Other than use the Crusader's Crossbow, and don't over extend, aka stay alive haha.
Also make sure your game settings are setup to your preferences, there's a few for medic.

By just playing Heavy or any other hitscan class.
Heavy bots can be just as annoying as the Sniper ones, especially with their infinite crit exploits.

Any day is a good day to play TF2, except when Valve decides to abandon it and let it fester with bots. Use #FixTF2 to spread the message and save this awesome game. Boycott Valve, and make sure everyone knows to do the same until they fix this mess, and get rid of these goddamn robots for good!
