I love the fact you are showing the way an artist is always unsure , so critical of their work- only to find , irs amazing!! You are so talented- and humble . Thank you for sharing the process, and trusting it as well ♡
This is my inspo for my natural dreads!! I have a whole pinterest board designated to it 😆 I've always been obsessed with Christina's hair during her "dirty" phase lol
Hi from the UK. I'm 56 and just starting my dread life. Love your videos, they are brilliant. Thank you for your hard word and dedication to your craft, and sharing your know how 😻
Do you have any videos explaining all of the process of doing this? Like how in the beginning you ratted it then you were poking it and twisting the black, can you explain that? Thanks!!
I just found you and I’m shocked I have had my Dreads going on 6 years and I learned how to do them myself from utube videos and a few of my faves are of course Liza Locks , and wired and stoned !!! And now you I love your engery and fun personality, and your locks are amazing I’m putting in some double ended extensions for some more volume , and found you !!! Keep it up you are awesome !!! I’m sure I’ll be binge watching all your videos now lol love it thank you !!!
These are super kick ass! Love the skulls. You are my favorite person to watch. You are so organized too. I saw that in this video. I really gotta get my stuff organized. I love how you do the things that you share with us. Thank you. I'm learning so fast by watching your videos!
May I ask where you get the hair? And do you prefer synthetic or real? Do you also have any how to videos on the Viking warrior wraps?😍😍😍😍 LOVE your videos!!
This set is beautiful!! I got some black SE to add in every once in a while, but your blonde locs have been my inspiration (mine are synthetic braided in though...)
Hi! I'm wondering if you can share where you got the white and black hair you used! I checked out your Amazon and couldn't find the specific products ❤ appreciate you and your journey lady!
How did you blend the white into the black to give it an ombre affect? Do you just crochet it in or do you make a hole in the dreads and put in the white strands through it?🙈
Im a huge fan of you and your wideos🙏 Just got my locks completley done for a month ago AND your dreads were 100% an inspiration for me😜 really i will Love to show you a you vs me picture👌 Keep up the good spirit in life🙏 Sinne (denmark)
I can understand the struggle with creating a natural looking ombre with two separate colors. That´s why I think the grey-black-white extension does the job for you there without you having to stress about it. You did a great job anyways :)
I have straight hair. Looking to get real dreadlocks. I'm sure my hair needs to be a little longer. I don't see any locticians near me. Do you have any recommendations on who to go to. I will travel
Hello there I want to thank you for sharing your videos there fun to watch and also I was wondering if you sale these to the public . Anyhow let me know and if not I will go ahead and try this myself I think I can get pretty crafty myself ok toodles .
I definitely would NOT recommend boiling human hair! Think about our own hair and how high heat is very damaging! Synthetics are different because it’s essentially plastic so think of it like the boiling water slightly melting the plastic🤣 The clamp is just a table clap that you can get from a hardware store or Amazon! It’s on my Amazon storefront, link in description!
@@lizkidderstudio Thank you so muchhh!! I’m always wondering how people texturize human hair extensions- I’ve heard things like putting them in a dryer but I’ve never worked with synthetics so wasn’t sure if there’s much crossover! Maybe I just have to work on different crochet techniques 😂 thanks!
I have a bunch of 12 in human hair blond pieces. Is it possible for me to make longer dread extensions with them. Can I just marry them together like how you do this ombré? I’m going to need 16in dread extensions for my hair
Hi Liz, to judge from the pictures I would have to say that I prefer the way you look so much more, especially when you are without makeup. I am definitly loving the more natural look. I'm sure your friend is a wonderful and beautiful person, she just had to much work done if you know what I mean.... Thank you for your channel by the way. I am at my second year of freeform natural blond dreads :) much love from Sardegna
where are you located? I am in Ohio my dreads are 6 yr old and really needs maintenance a lot of the hair has come out of the dreads also I have several that have clumped together at the tops.
Im considering getting dreads but i need some advise. I am a 22 almost 23 year old female. im 5'3" and i have natural red hair. I have a sensitive scalp. I get breakouts on my head either from the soap i use or the water in my town. I really want to get dreads but i don't know how many i need for my hair type or if i should even get them. Reason is that i was told its cultural appropriation. I don't wanna cause problems with anyone. Also i live in a very .... whats the word.... racist and judgemental town. I don't wanna get looks from anyone. Maybe i just need the push. If you can get back to me asap. @LizKibberStudio
What kind of hair do you use, specifically? Ty 🫶🏼And how much would you charge for 10 doubles decorations included? If you don’t mind, I’m a dreadlockartist as well and charge hourly rate for this.
I typically recommend ikickshins.net for better quality synthetic but what I used in the video mightttt be from Amazon😅 I charge $8/SE or $16/DE so it’d be $160 for this set plus decor
Hey Liz thanks so much for the info on synthetic hair. I tried X-Pressions I figured I could just separate a 2" piece ? This turned into any hairdressers worst nightmare! Supposed to be one of the best, I beg to differ. Turned into a Giant rat's nest & the more I tried to comb the bottom the knottier it became. l have worked with all types of Kenekalon wigs switches etc ... none ever behaved like this. I am very happy it was not pricey.

love these! may I ask where you get the hair from that you use? I wont to try making accent ones for myself.
I love these!! How did you curl the ends in the final product?!
Hi! I'm wondering if you can share where you got the white and black hair you used! I checked out your Amazon and couldn't find the specific products ❤ appreciate you and your journey lady!
This is amazing. Could you tell me what tools specifically you used and what length of synthetic to use?
I absolutely love these
Hey so I’ve seen where people use yarn to do locs so I was wondering. Is it possible to brush out yarn, back brush it and crochet it into a faux loc?
hi what exactly (link) are you using is it yarn or wool or synthetic hair..also can you recommend a loctician in chicago
I absolutely love your wondering where do you get your synthetic hair?
I need these in black and purple...where can I order ???
How did you blend the white into the black to give it an ombre affect? Do you just crochet it in or do you make a hole in the dreads and put in the white strands through it?🙈
They look so amazing!
Where did you find that clamp and what is it called plz?
I love the hairball trick it looks good
I really love those beads! I wish I knew where to get them from
These are so gorgeous
So gorgeous, they turned out beautifully 😍 ty for sharing ✌ 💜
Thanks so much 😊
can you do the same technique for making wool dreadlocks?
Do you put any kind of oil on them when done crocheting? Palm roll? Both?
I’d love a full video of decorating a set of deeads
I love the natural earthy look!!! ❤

What is that blue piece called that holds the dread loc I would like to get one 😊
What kind of hair is that? Kanekalon?
The clamp is genius. I've been trying to keep the hair clamped in a stand-up embroidery frame. It works... a little. This? I need to try.
Glad I could help!
Where can I find this tool to clip the extension to the table?
I have straight hair. Looking to get real dreadlocks. I'm sure my hair needs to be a little longer. I don't see any locticians near me. Do you have any recommendations on who to go to. I will travel
Are they heavy?

Would the boiling work for human hair extensions or just mess them up?
Also what kind of clamp is this?

Hi
We as artists are too hard on ourselves
That’s for sure!
I would like more detailed explanation of what you're doing. Looks a bit like needlefelting at first.
Miss Piggy! 😂
I want dreads from you
I love them
Make me some like these!
