Besides the fact that they will cook in less time, from what I’ve read it helps break down something in their composition which helps with the digestion and nutrients absorption which should help with the gases during digestion. Not sure if it’s really true but I also soak up mine and I don’t use that water.
Thank you for the idea, I’m going to give the chickpeas a break from my humus production line!
Whoa that garlic plate is hilarious I need one xD
🤣 Totally agree, I bought at a Farmer’s Market after a 5 minute demo I felt compelled to buy it. But it works! It is awesome for grating ginger too.
Ficou muito bom.
Obrigada 😘
Wow! Looks amazing I’m gonna try cooking that 😋
Yay!!! I’m confident you can make it and you will love it! Please come back to tell me🤞🏼
I am going to try making this! Looks easy, healthy and yummy 😋
Yes. Very easy. Let me know how it turns out

Thanks for the tip! We eat a lot of red lentils in our family but we have never tried to use it for hummus.
Thanks. I think you will really like the end result ☺️
Just compared the nutritional data of lentil and chickpeas, looks like chickpeas aren’t even trying 😂 Definitely gonna try out lentil hummus soon
Right? Red Lentils are it! There are so many nutritional value in them.

Hi Bella, this looks very good! What's the benefit of soaking the lentils before cooking them?
