I was just wondering why you roasted those tomatoes in your cast iron skillet. From all I know (which isn‘t an enormous amount :D) tomatoes with their acidity can really do a number on your seasoning

Breakfast: I have never been an overnight-oat person BUT the flavour combinations you've been showing us recently seem absolutely bomb. And they certainly look like a dessert for brekkie which is even more amazing :D

Can I ask why your videos are often about high protein meals? I'm vegan myself and I thought the whole "vegans don't get enough protein" and "vegans need more protein" thing was a myth? At least that's what I thought after seeing Game Changers.

It's because if you want to hit the gym (as Sarah does) and you want to get gains you do need to increase your protein intake.
