I don’t understand why there is so much hate on other people hating on other peoples cars…. They’ll go on to say Honda is better than Hyundai… Then Toyota is better than Honda… Then Dodge is better than Toyota… BMW is better than Dodge… it’s a never ending debate. It’s only a car, let people drive what they like.
“Lamborghini is better than bmw” “Nissan (GTR) is better than lamborghini” “Toyota Supra is better than Nissan” And the cycle repeats. It’s honestly ridiculous lol
I understand why honda fan boys are so butt hurt. Hyundai which was mediocre at best for decades came out of nowhere and knocked their dick in the dirt with the Veloster N. Road & Track Performance Car of the Year 2020.
I traded my 2018 E Sport for the 24 EN. I put 50k on mine in just under 2 yrs. It had 50k when i got it. Traded it with 101k. It was a fun car to drive and the only issue i had was the solenoid for the diverter valve go bad.
I ordered my 2024 and can’t wait to get it. I love the sportiness of it and the fact it can also achieve decent fuel efficiency is incredible. Been binging your videos since ordering mine haha. Keep up the good work 😊
@@aussiefurbymogwaifan6621 no! No N’s in England. I did see some base model i30’s. They’re tiny. But I had someone comment on one of my vids once from England saying he didn’t understand why the N’s aren’t available there. It’s a shame.
Did you get your 2024 yet? I just discovered the Elantra N & I am seriously considering one of these now. How has it been and what was the out the door price, if you don’t mind me asking..... Hope that you and yours have a blessed one.
I have a 2020 Veloster N that I have owned since new. It has 45,000 Miles and it has never given me a single problem. It has been a ton of fun to drive and I have taken it on multiple long road trips as well. It’s been such a great car! These N cars are such a great value and are just good fun to own. I highly recommend these N products! I used to also have a 2013 Hyundai veloster that I owned for 6 years and had 90,000 miles before I traded in that treated me well. I also have a 2024 Hyundai Kona now with 11,000 miles on it and so far no problems. With my experience the Hyundais I have had have been trouble free!
I have a 2020 velo N 6spd as well completely stock over over 110,000 miles still runs good doesn’t burn any oil only time it’s left me stranded was from a flat tire and broken rim.
As a Hyundai owner, I will admit, I haven't had the greatest experience, however my 2011 is a piece of utter garbage barely surviving, ykw they say, fix a problem and create a new one, but despite it's many flaws and issues from previous owners, it still kicks and it kicks hard. Reliability wise I feel like I own a Toyota, because this little shitbox takes beating after beating. In 2019 my buddy's called me up and made me go to our towns car show with them, and while there were some nice cars there, they really wanted to show me the N. I got into the driver seat, sat there for a few moments, and fell in love with the car. I am currently 3 months away from having my down payment saved and ready for a 2025, and I can't wait. Everything i've seen from this car fits what i'm looking for in a daily. It might not be the quickest car out there, but it's comfortable, it gets good mileage, it sounds amazing for a 4 banger, and it just overall looks pretty clean for a sports sedan. Never did I think when buying my 2011, that i'd get another Hyundai, but the N hooked me.
@@AdolisYT thanks for sharing your story! I know pre-2016ish Hyundai’s are not very good vehicles, but I do believe a lot of that has to do with a good portion of owners not properly maintaining them. I know that’s not the case for all past issues, but in general economy cars are not treated the same as more expensive cars. I hope you have good luck with the 2025 EN. I just went on vacation for a week and drove my EN for the first time since leaving last night and boy was I happy to be back behind the wheel. It really is everything you described it to be. 👍🏻
@@n-power-automotiveThanks! I’m getting an Abyss Black DCT! I initially requested PB, but the dealership I made an MSRP agreement with said they’re being allocated a black one. I wasn’t excited about it at first but then I saw some new photos of the facelift in black which changed my mind. The black hides the weird hood lines and panel gaps as well as blends with the new rear bumper better than the other colors. I’m stoked.
@@Symphoniics very nice. I see a black pre-facelift EN around all the time. It does hide the body lines well. The black forged wheels on your 24 are going to make it look even more sinister.

As a life long Honda fanboy I will say in recent years Hyundai has really picked up there game and I’m proud of them for this. I believe the main reason why some people refuse to believe that a Hyundai is actually not that bad is due to their old reputation. They went from being a brand where you had to get airbags as a separate add on to being as big as they are today. Honestly I applaud Hyundai for stepping up their game and I hope one day they will have the same reputation as Honda or Toyota. I hope they keep making fun cars and nice looking cars all at an affordable price. Don’t know how long the prices will hold because of greedy dealers but keep on going Hyundai btw nice car every time I see these things I will admit they are pretty cool and I might consider getting one one day won’t completely abandon Honda but would like to be in both
Thanks for being open minded. I’ve owned almost 10 Honda vehicles over the years. They were my go to manufacturer, but the Accord Sport I had was a terrible experience, so that’s why I decided to branch out and try Hyundai. I think another reason they get a bad wrap is because they are cheaper, the people that buy them either don’t have the money or just don’t care to service them regularly. I’ve seen so many mechanics complain that owners never changed the oil or did any maintenance and when that engine dies they expect an engine replacement.
The Hyundai/Kia group already sells more cars than the Honda group in the United States. Honda group sold approximately 100,000 cars in last month. Hyundai/Kia group sold approximately 130,000 cars in last month. Hyundai/Kia group is the global top 3 manufacturer.
@@n-power-automotive yes I’m definitely happy with the JB4, but mainly because of the injector issues that I had. It makes dealing with the dealer so much easier, but if I didn’t have any issues with my car, I would’ve went the ECU route for sure…specifically the N75 tune
Fellow Nashville-area resident here (I’m actually in Dickson). I just found your channel through the Elantra N sub-Reddit. I have to say, you did an absolutely fantastic job with this video! Comprehensive, thorough, very well-done! I really liked how you went through all facets of ownership of the car, and included your impressions of driving it, and video/sound clips. Great job! Liked and subscribed.
I installed some hood and trunk struts. Makes it so much easier to pop the hood. You might lose some height clearance in the trunk though. Also amazing video like always! I can really tell how much you like the car.
Thank you for this excellent video! I am picking mine up today in the same color lol. Can you by chance provide a link for the arm rest cover? That intake sounds amazing too.

Just got notified by the dealer that mine is at sea and will be here June 23rd. I’m not a fan of the nearly all black front end of the 22/23. I really like the refresh. I wanted a manual in Performance Blue. I’m happy to hear it’s been reliable. I currently have a Genesis that’s starting to have issues.
My wife's Palisade never burned oil until it hit about 70K miles. Now it's burning at least a qt every 1K miles. Maintained by Hyundai Service since we bought it new in 2020. Our first Hyundai too. No other problems. Despite that, I really love all of the Hyundai N's and am really glad you're having good luck so far with your EN.
Thank you! That’s unfortunate about your Palisade. I personally think the oil change intervals Hyundai suggests are too long. I don’t have any proof to prove that’s why, but cleaner oil should help prevent oil burning.
@@n-power-automotive That's a very good point. I've already brought it to their attention and will start an oil consumption test after the next oil change. Just determined not to let it run dry in the meantime.
Love how these came with a 6-speed manual. I almost bought one but honestly after driving an older C6 corvette, I had to go with the vette. Bit less practical for sure but those Elantras are fun
I’m very tempted to replace my WRX with a 24’ N. I’ll admit that I’m always ready for something to break. Nothing major has failed but I’ve replaced the neutral switch twice under warranty and had a check engine light for timing issue. The latest issue is TPMS failure.
I was in Chile recently and the brand reception there is that Hyundai is a top reliability brand. Given they also sell Chinese cars there however. But that says something, Americans love their American cars like no other country does
The motors in the N cars are great. The weak spot on these cars are the injectors. Bottom end is bulletproof unless you money shift the 6MT. Which unfortunately I've seen more times than I can count. I do have concerns about the longevity of the DCT but only time will tell on that.
Some reason the dealerships advertise the maintenance schedule for the normal Elantra. They mentioned something like 8000 for my FIRST oil change whereas my owners manual said something like 6000 and even 3000 for harsh driving. It’s whatever, I’ll be doing my own to use the top tier oil and get the break in metals out of it way sooner
Good video. I've recently been interested in the new K5 GT but after adding the GT1 package it comes out to 40K. When the EN is 5k less... It's kind of hard to not choose it over the k5 🤔 tough choices!
Thanks! 🙏🏻 The K5 GT is a great car but it’s very tame compared to an Elantra N. I test drove a Sonata N-Line, which is pretty much the same car just with different styling, and while it was fast, it’s more of a cruiser and definitely didn’t handle curves anything like the Elantra N, nor does it have any sort of engine/exhaust sound. No limited slip differential either.
Yep, you can’t worry about that if you’re gonna buy a Hyundai. I went in hoping I’d keep it 10 years. That’s the only way it makes sense, but I will say the N’s have held their value better than a “normal” Hyundai.
@n-power-automotive totally agree. I'm actually impressed at this N. That says alot. I'm currently in market and if I end up purchasing this I will say reviews like this from real people have made it very helpful. Thumbs up
I’ll give you a piece of advice if you’re concerned about paint quality. Avoid the white paint. I have seen many people say it’s the thinnest of all the colors. Honestly my Cyber Gray Elantra N paint is in better shape at 30,000 miles than my Sonic Gray Accord was at 18,000 miles. Paint quality just isn’t what it used to be. As far as brand reputation goes, there’s no easy answer for that. I was willing to give Hyundai a chance and I’ve been 100% happy with mine, but there are the occasional lemons, but that’s really with any manufacturer.
Most newer cars paint are thinner than ever, a bodyshop told me anywhere from 30 to 40 percent less paint than before. Also if you would have told me i would own a hyundai 30 years ago i would had laugh my ass off, but you can't get better value for your money than this car.
I’m sure you know but there’s a console swap you can do to get rear vents (if you ever wanted them) just have to drill a hole for the air to flow through the tunnel. Looking forward to the Dr color chip video

I'm closer to 40K miles. A few warranty issue, but dealership seems to very accommodating for the 'N' car. I agree with initial oil change, they said they used 0w30, but oil was garbage after 2k of use with flecks of metal, which forced me to change it out myself. So I also have been doing my own oil change since the initial one at the dealership.
Nice, you’ve been driving yours a lot, too. I’m glad to hear they took care of your warranty work without any hassle. I’ll never understand why the whole oil thing is the way it is, but I suppose changing your own oil gives you peace of mind the right oil is being used. I don’t mind working on my cars, so it’s not a big deal for me, but for someone that doesn’t like to do their own maintenance I’d be very annoyed with the dealership.
@@n-power-automotive I prefer doing my own oil change, so not a big deal if basic dealer's service is hit or miss (I've worked at 6 different car dealerships and quite aware of the monkey business there)... 40mpg consumption is sweat and I'm getting same kind of consumption with 6MT. Harder to get 40mpg on highway (probably auto has lower rpm on highway) but, I make up for casual street driving since knowledgeable manual drivers can milk the engine's inertia.
I've had mine 2 years, 20k miles. Very happy as you are with the performance and practicality. I did have the car go into limp mode because of the knock sensor issue because of automatic carwash. Now I hand wash it on my own and no issues. My insurance rates are VERY high because of being notorious for being stolen. Get a blow off valve to complete the soundtrack! I have your mods plus the turbo inlet, Stillen catback and sway bar. Thanks for the video.
Glad to hear yours has been good, too! Yeah, that knock sensor issue is such a pain. I purposely avoided automatic car washes this winter just so I didn’t take a chance of messing with it. I saw Hyundai Elantras topped the list for the most stolen vehicles in the US in 2023. So crazy. I’m glad it’s just the ones without push start. I’ve never heard of an N getting stolen, so it sucks your insurance is so high because of the lower models getting stolen. My insurance has gone up too, but thankfully being older and having a clean record my rates aren’t too bad. I already have a turbo inlet, but I will probably upgrade to a BOV if I tune it. Thanks for watching!
Your insurance doesn't understand that a push button model is different from the normal key entry models so give your insurance a call and get that fixed. The insurance thinks the car has the interior of a kia with a KEY entry model which are notorious of getting stolen. I asked while getting quotes and they said it is a price difference (lower for N).
@@Hamy- It has nothing to do with push start, thieves are using the USB port to start the car due to lack of immobilizer. Do you have a source for your claim?
@@LeftenantMalachi My information stems from my conversations with my insurance company, along with some google searches push to start cars don't have a turn ignition. Push to start cars use the key fobs with sensors sending the msg to the engine to start. I'm not saying these cars can't be stolen because they can be hacked. But their main concern is the turn based ignition. (I'm not a genius about cars I did little research so if I'm wrong please educate me I'm just going off what I've seen and been told by insurance)
Been crosshopping the Elantra N with the VW Jetta GLI and the Mustang Ecoboost, each of the options would have to be used though since I probably can't afford any of them new except for maybe the Elantra if my local Hyundai dealers bothered stocking more than one of them at a time. Both the N and GLI are pretty rare in my area, I honestly think most of the people that have them ordered them and never sell them since they don't turn up used very often. Ecoboost Mustangs I see pretty often both new and used, I only really consider the Ecoboost because they tend to be sub 25k used and they're relatively inexpensive to deal with when things break compared to foreign cars.
This is just my personal opinion, but if I were you, I would travel a little bit to get a new Elantra N. It’ll make for a fun road trip back. A used GLI I’d never touch. A used Ecoboost possibly. Would you need the back seats/4 doors or not. If not, if you wanted to stay in the $25,000 range, I don’t think it’d be a bad car. They are plenty quick and can be tuned pretty easily.
Takes really good care of that car. Whoever buys that car from you is going to get a great used car. I have seen people with the car in worse condition after two weeks of ownership. I won't name any names, but some people just can't help but to take the car apart and touch every inch of it just to make it worse. BTW, I would absolutely recommend a lap 3 tuned ECU. I love my stage 1.5 and I got over 300 whp and 20 psi boost (no more octane learning headaches) without any power mods. It just requires HKS sparkplugs and keeps the OEM look with the option to put the original ECU back in under 20 minutes. I am not sponsored and payed full price.
Thanks for the nice comment! So, you have the LAP3 spare ECU, not flashed from an EK1, right? Did you need to put the HPFP on too, or are you just using the stock fuel pump? I’m starting to lean toward LAP3 vs N75.
@@n-power-automotive I speak from experience, so I won't speak on N75. You can talk to others about that, I'm sure. David Chung from Lap 3 is very knowledgeable and has been tuning KIA/Hyundai for a while now. He says that generally, a HPFP upgrade is not necessary for a stage 1 or 1.5 tune. I purchased the Sonata upgrade and have not installed it. I have only had the Lap 3 tuned ECU for a couple of months, but it has been fantastic Lap 3 sells the spare ECU for $350, which is reasonably priced compared to some others. The Lap 3 off-the-shelf tune is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. David has it down to a science and these off-the-shelf tunes are great now, as long as the mods are not significantly different. The fact that you can get 20 psi and 300-320 whp without any mods but plugs and 93 octane gas is mind-blowing. I love not having anything plugged into my ODB 2 port and David answers all my questions promptly. We have a good FB group and a super positive community. I would suggest that for your personality, you may not want the pop-and-bang option for a tune. It is loud! If you do want it, you can do like I do and don't use the active exhaust feature and use custom mode with exhaust at normal. Then, if I want to crank up the decibels and get savage you can open it up fully. I am actually considering upgrading to a stage x tune with a downpipe and water-methanol injection. The cooling it offers and cleaning for the injectors and engine it offers are worth as much or more than the added power The one issue I have seen with this car is that the injectors can get dirty. The meth solves that and cools intake temps up to 50 degrees.
These have always been on my radar! They are one of the best, if not the best values on a fun car out there. F56 Mini Coopers are as well (used not new) and for whatever reason they get the same type of "hate" the Elantra does. Pretty much always based on older generation Mini reliability and also most people think it's a girls car until they try to follow me down some back roads lol. I'm on my second Mini build now (2021 MCS) but in a few years when I ready to move to the next toy the N is high up on my list! Thanks for the video!
Thanks for the kind words! I was always intrigued by the Mini Cooper S and JCWs. I think they’re awesome little cars and I just live the fact they’re supercharged!. I’ve never driven one but I’m sure they’re a blast and handle as good as the Elantra N’s.
Have you ever noticed or heard the transmission making a clunking noise when it’s really quiet out and you’re coming to a slow stop in N mode and Manual mode? I’ve noticed it recently in my 2024 EN and I read online that it’s normal with DCT’s. Usually I’ll downshift from like 4th to 2nd manually when coming to a slow stop and when the revs drop in 2nd, I hear a quiet clunking that sounds like the transmission. Just wondering if it’s normal.
To be honest, no, I have never heard a clunk from the transmission, but I have heard others say something similar and know DCTs make certain sounds traditional automatics don’t. I can hear a very muted mechanical noise sometimes, but I wouldn’t describe it as clunking, more like a muted gear engagement.
Next mod has to be a set of hydraulic hood struts. I put them on my ‘23 EN and they look great. I believe it barely makes the lip bigger on the hood but it’s not noticeable. Hope you consider and great vids
Thanks for sharing. The smaller wheels with the meaty tire look good. Also, yeah a lip spoiler/duckbill would look good imo. I've seen some examples with one online and it looks nice. I'm just wondering what the fix would be for the holes from the bracket area of the spoiler.
Had this car for about a year now 23,000 miles and worst part about this car for me is when I first got the car after around 7k miles my PS4S tires were wore down to the wire which was weird since I didn’t do anything crazy turns out they never aligned my car it was all over the place. And the other thing was I live in a small town and all shops like autozone, advance auto parts, ETC none have brakes that fit the Elantra N in stock and they can’t order any either which is weird but I was forced to get some online which was hard to find. Weird little things that 99% of Elantra N owners probably won’t experience but I did 😂
You and Polish Bullitt are my top two favorites to watch when it comes to the Elantra N. Please do a ECU tune!! Also, how are the brake pads holding up? I'm curious what pads you would go to next, and wondering if you would do an install video once that happens.
Thanks so much! I watch Polish Bullet’s videos all the time, too. He’s a good dude. I want to do a tune, I just need to figure out which one. It’ll happen though. The brakes have held up perfect. Like I said in the video, I’m not aggressive on brakes, but you’d think after 30k miles they’d show some wear, but the pads are still beefy. If I did replace them, I’d either go stock again or maybe Powerstop. The Powerstop pads I had on my Charger were awesome and had very low brake dust, unlike the stock EN pads, which make a ton of brake dust.
Great content - you just grabbed other subscriber! I just picked up '24 EN and the 3 biggest internior zonks that I have, you took care of already... what are the odds that you have a link for the armrest, shift boot, and which wireless carplay adapter that you went with? Great video again!
That’s awesome! Thanks for the sub and nice words! I’ll dig around and find those links. The shift boot I got secondhand, but the armrest I got from Shark Racing and the wireless Apple CarPlay from Amazon.
My 22 is just over two years old with 55000kms, agree with you all points except gas mileage my is higher probably due to the 6 speed instead of the dct. Only issue was horns stop working and front lower bumper red paint keeps chipping off.
Pretty close in mileage to mine then. 55,000 kms = 34,000 miles. So, you’re saying your 6 speed gets better gas mileage than mine or are you saying you don’t get as good gas mileage? I know the manuals are rated 1mpg better than the DCTs, I believe for the highway mileage.
Really cool car. I have a 2023 G70 and friends like to call it a Hyundai to degrade the car.. Like yours, it's amazing - the skeptics just don't know how much Hyundai, Kia and Genesis have improved.
How do you like the cyber grey man? I'm getting a 2024 N and I'm deciding between cyber grey or white but I'm learning toward grey let me know id appreciate it!
I love it! I’ve never been a fan of white cars personally, so it wasn’t on my list. I really like Performance Blue, but my wife didn’t like it as much as the gray. I’m happy with my choice.
I refuse to touch the exhaust. It’s perfect for me. In fact, I honestly believe the Forge intake makes the pops louder, so I wouldn’t want the any louder. I’m old though 🤣
@@n-power-automotive right now, parting out my current car because I don’t wanna sell as is. Definitely got this car on my list for an early 2025 purchase 🫣
Tint really makes a big difference. Mine is 20%. It’s perfect for me. I’m not a fan of crazy dark limo tint. The tint shop was trying to get me to do a light tint on the windshield, something like 60%, but I think it would’ve been too dark.
@n-power-automotive If you do decide to get the front windshield, do not go any darker than 70%. Here in texas, it's illegal to tint the windshield, but I did, and it's pretty close to no tint at all but still being able to see a difference. No problems seeing at night and helps with this South texas heat. My son didn't even notice the windshield tinted I had to point it out to him. That's how light it is.
I'm surprised you haven't been taking advantage of FCPEuro lifetime replacement warranty for at least the oil and some wipers. That's what I'm doing. Buy the oil, once it is time to change, buy new oil, send old oil to them and get credit or refund. Can do this for as long as you own the car.
Yes I have, but it’s very little. I’ve had to top off the reservoir twice over the 30k miles. I bought a jug of the OEM coolant from the dealership and mixed it 50/50 with distilled water. Both of my wife’s Toyotas needed to be topped off every once in a while too, and her RAVV4 now has 184,000 miles on it and still running strong, so it’s not really a big deal or something to worry about. I just check it every time I change my oil.
Just got a 2023 EN a few months ago and have about 3k miles. Would doing theForge intake/turbo inlet void your warranty? Just don’t know the fine line of what voids it and what doesn’t. Thanks!
Neither should ever cause any warranty issue, but if for some odd reason they did, it would really depend on the dealership. Some will tell you any modification will void the warranty, and some don’t care if you have a ton of mods. There’s a law that protects you from being denied warranty claims unless the dealership can prove the modification caused the issue. I’m not too worried about it.
I have to say it’s a good looking car and great performance, when you consider that it gives the type R a run for his money sure it’s not faster but it’s about $20,000 less. The whole essence of sports compact has gone out. The window was always about affordable bang for your buck but today these cars have become very expensive and they killed the game. Still we got to give credit to Hyundai. Granted they got in the game about 20 years too late.
I sat in an IS350. I loved the front seat comfort and quality materials, but the back seat was too tight. Less legroom than the EN. But I love the way that car looks and of course Lexus quality.
Completely up to you which you think looks better. The 2024 does have some updates, like retuned suspension and steering, and improved engine mount bushings, but all the reviews I’ve seen have said they can’t tell the difference between the pre-facelift and the facelift model. I really like the new black forged wheels on the 2024.
Can you take it to CarMax and see what they offer you I’m interested in one but scared of resale value just in case if one day I need to turn it in …. I love the N and I’m not a hynduia fan
You can easily do a search on Kelly Blue Book to see what it’s worth. Elantra N’s have been holding their value much better than a typical Hyundai, but I would not go into buying a one if resale value is your biggest concern.

100% yes. It’s got good ride quality and a quiet exhaust when in Normal and ECO modes. Funny my daughter fell asleep on the way to ice skating today where I’m writing this. And I was in N mode a couple times. 🤣
It gets about 1/4 to 1/3 full in between oil changes. It’s not a ton, but keep in mind it’s oil/fuel vapors, so it’s doing its job. I may still do a Seafoam treatment just to break up any carbon that’s formed on the valves/pistons over the 30k miles.
@@delasmoo I haven’t. Using Top Tier 93 octane fuel I didn’t think it was necessary. I was thinking about doing a Seafoam service at 30,000 miles to break up any carbon that’s formed on the valves, though. If I do I’ll definitely make a video of it.
@@arkadiusw.897 every dealership is different. Some don’t care about modifications, others do. With my modifications, any of them can be taken off and the stock parts put back on before going to the dealership, so it’s not a big deal to me. But there are laws that protect you from a manufacturer or dealership voiding your warranty unless they can prove your modification caused the warranty issue.
I personally don’t. A ton of people think they will. I can’t imagine them moving to a larger displacement engine when everyone else is moving down in engine size. Plus, the TCR class they participate in and keep wining I believe has a 2.0L limit. Can’t see them giving that up.
I drive a 24 K5 GT. Switching to summer tires really helped with the spinning but i only use 87 gas. Should i switch to 93 to keep the engine running as it should?
Unfortunately, I had to trade this car in. The seats were just too bad on my back (and my fiancee's). I ended up with a Chrysler 300c which is a totally different car in a totally different class, but there are many times when I miss the Elantra N. Mine was a manual as well, which was a double win. I love my 300, but it doesn't handle like the Elantra N, that's for sure.
You went in the exact opposite direction I did. The only thing I truly miss from my Charger is the seats. Mine has the Road/Track Performance Pack, so they were the same seats from the SRT8. They were by far the most comfortable seats in any car I’ve owned.

@@n-power-automotive
That's a very good point.
But that says something, Americans love their American cars like no other country does
Yep. We went to Costa Rica and there were TONS of Hyundais. The US is pretty much the only country that bashes them.
i just got into Hyundai's, got a Elantra sport, id like to own a n line some day
Nice love seeing success with hyundai so many are just trying to find a issue with these cars

As a honda loyalist i will say this car has caught my eye. Its a budget sleeper daily driver. My only concern would be the resale value after 4 yrs
Thumbs up

@@glennmiley2816 that's very good
Looking to buy a 2024 and comparing with Type R. My only concern is the reliability and brand reputation given paint issues.
Yes thanks I am aware. I saw a UA-cam DIY from Pattie Boi on how to install it. I very well may do it eventually.

That side view looks much better than the facelift. The undercut at the trunk/rear on the new one is too aggressive/looks funky.
I’m not a fan of the rear end of the facelift. The front gas grown on me a little, but the back is not good IMO.
I personally love how aggressive it looks. And now the red trim properly wraps around all the way to the wheel well which makes the red trim more cohesive than the pre facelift

I have 38,000 miles and had to get it towed twice. Sucked badly but warranty covered it
What was the problem?
@@n-power-automotive First 2 dealer said it was ABS sensor problem and the 3rd dealer said it was a ABS Harness contamination which fixed it for good
Good review boss!
@@n-power-automotive no my get about 15 percent worse than yours.
I too do my own oil and filter change, use amsoil 0w30 in winter and 0w40 in summer, such an amazing car for the price.
@@marklee7243 understood. I have heard some people complain it doesn’t get as good gas mileage as they had hoped. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky.
Great video but I do like the stock wheels better!
Thanks! I get it though. I still love the stock wheels, too. I really love the ‘24 wheels, so I may search for those.
One of the best Ns out here 💯😎

how necessary would u say the oil catch can is?
@@tolgahan8900 direct injection engines are known to produce a lot of carbon buildup from oil blow by, so it’s pretty necessary IMO.
Really cool car. I have a 2023 G70 and friends like to call it a Hyundai to degrade the car.. Like yours, it's amazing - the skeptics just don't know how much Hyundai, Kia and Genesis have improved.
I love the G70. I wish it had more legroom because I’d totally rock one. Great combo of power and luxury.
I need updates at 100k+ miles
How's it holding up now? I found a 22' Standard with 50k miles
What size rims and tires do you have? I am about to switch to 18s

Have you had the problem going to the carwash and having the undercarriage wet and check engine light coming on and completely holding the car back?
@@pr3239 no I have not, but it is a pretty common problem.
@@n-power-automotive Thanks.
Stillen mid-pipe is a GREAT upgrade, so much more than a cheap, resonator delete ❗️
I refuse to touch the exhaust. It’s perfect for me. In fact, I honestly believe the Forge intake makes the pops louder, so I wouldn’t want the any louder. I’m old though 🤣
Its very hard to get this car in my area for some reason not buying another csr for another two years anyway so ill see how this car is by 2026 2027
I’m so tempted to get one of these 😅
What’s stopping you??
@@n-power-automotive right now, parting out my current car because I don’t wanna sell as is. Definitely got this car on my list for an early 2025 purchase 🫣
Was thinking about getting my windows tinted and I liked how yours wasn't too dark but dark enough, a nice balance. What % tint do you have?
@@luisarreguin2202 it might have been 70% they were offering, I can’t remember exactly. Good to know you like yours.
I’ve never heard of it. I’ll have to check k it out.
@n-power-automotive yah I used to have BMWs and they saved me alpt of money on maintenance. ANYTHING you buy from them has the replacement warranty
@@n-power-automotive get that Liqui Moly up in there!!!
Have you had to add any coolant since new? I've heard that's an issue with the EN.
Thanks!
Do you experience rising oil level due to oil dilution with fuel?
Is the Turbo Inlet, recirc valve and cold air covered under warranty? Or will it void
Debating if I should get the '24 EN or the '21+ IS350
I sat in an IS350. I loved the front seat comfort and quality materials, but the back seat was too tight. Less legroom than the EN. But I love the way that car looks and of course Lexus quality.
Should I get the 2023 or the 2024 refreshed?
@@n-power-automotive I have can u try it out for us for giggles just to get real world numbers from real drivers….. maybe finding a used one might be a better choice for me those cars are sick for the price it’s hard not to love

Is the ride quality okay and exhaust noise quiet enough for children?
100% yes. It’s got good ride quality and a quiet exhaust when in Normal and ECO modes. Funny my daughter fell asleep on the way to ice skating today where I’m writing this. And I was in N mode a couple times. 🤣
How much or how quickly has the catch can been filling up?
It gets about 1/4 to 1/3 full in between oil changes. It’s not a ton, but keep in mind it’s oil/fuel vapors, so it’s doing its job. I may still do a Seafoam treatment just to break up any carbon that’s formed on the valves/pistons over the 30k miles.
How do you remove the shift knob? Do you pull straight up while it's in park?
Yes, exactly that. It’s on there pretty tight so you do have to use some brute force, but it will pop off with some muscle.
Ok, thanks! Have you used fuel injector cleaner in your EN?
@@delasmoo I haven’t. Using Top Tier 93 octane fuel I didn’t think it was necessary. I was thinking about doing a Seafoam service at 30,000 miles to break up any carbon that’s formed on the valves, though. If I do I’ll definitely make a video of it.
Will your factory warranty be voided due to the modifications or will it remain valid?
Great car btw!
Do you think they will ever put the 2.5T in a future N?
I personally don’t. A ton of people think they will. I can’t imagine them moving to a larger displacement engine when everyone else is moving down in engine size. Plus, the TCR class they participate in and keep wining I believe has a 2.0L limit. Can’t see them giving that up.
@n-power-automotive yeah I'm kinda with you there. I'd love to see it with a 2.5T but I don't think it will ever happen either.
Mine has about 15,000 miles and the only issue I've had is a horn replacement
The horn issue is so prevalent. So far, knock on wood, mine works fine.
I drive a 24 K5 GT. Switching to summer tires really helped with the spinning but i only use 87 gas. Should i switch to 93 to keep the engine running as it should?
The 2.5 in the K5 GT uses direct and port fuel injection to help keep the intake valves clean. I wouldn’t worry about just running 87.
@n-power-automotive ok thanks for your input!!
I don’t think the fuel injectors are needed until a crazy tune like stage 3 or really even stage 4
Unfortunately it’s very inconsistent and some do need them even with just a Stage 1 or 2 tune.

Get the new 300c with the 6.4?
You went in the exact opposite direction I did. The only thing I truly miss from my Charger is the seats. Mine has the Road/Track Performance Pack, so they were the same seats from the SRT8. They were by far the most comfortable seats in any car I’ve owned.
@@4drturbo85 Yep! Love the 6.4 hemi V8. I figured I might as well get one before they're all gone and lucked out at a dealership that the person who ordered the 300c backed out of it. So I swept in and scooped it up! It's the velvet red color and I LOVE it!

Do you know how much hp the intake gave you?
The intake itself really doesn’t give you any horsepower. The turbo inlet is supposed to give you 10 horsepower. It’s hard to say if it really does. But it sounds awesome lol.
Is it a good idea to buy a used one? Currently I am looking at buying 2022 EN with 30Ks on the odo.
I would personally only buy one certified so you still get the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. If it’s not certified, it’s only 5 year/50,000 miles.
