If Mustafina wouldn't have torn her ACL in 2011 she would have gotten the AA gold. She was training a 3 1/2 twist for her floor routine before her injury. At the Europeans when she tore her ACL she didn't have to do that vault to win she could have done a yurchenko full like Dementeyva and still won.
@QPHashSS77 I think Vanessa is talking about 2011 Worlds (most likely, as she couldn't defend her title due to the injury in April) or London (but I doubt that because the margin was quite large between Douglas and Mustafina, the fall on beam as a major contributor). No one is saying Aliya would've beat Simone, take a chill pill.
I like these commentators but I don’t like how they talk about bias towards the US when they’re clearly bias about the British girls. Imogen has very easy vaults but kept talking about what an amazing vault specialist she was.
I know Mustafina’s amanar has very poor form but it’s really a phenomenal amanar. She gets a fantastic block and push off the horse (block similar to Maroney but of course no one compares to Maroney) combined with no pre vault rotation and she’s smack dab down the middle. So very poor form but superb technique.
@aliya mustafina I did not say Mustafina is pathetic. I said the score given to her was because it was incredibly unfair. You obviously struggle with reading
Actually I disagree, it's a lot higher in difficulty and she was at least 45 degrees off from facing forward. It has to be strict because it's a Worlds final. It's like not awarding gymnasts the double L-turn or Memmel on floor, or the layout on beam
Maria Paseka: I'll do an ugly Amanar and still receive good E-scores from judges, so people have something to complain about.
Nabieva: hold my beer.
Yes
LMAOO
That vault looked so bad, maybe worst Amanar everv
ugh thanks so much for this, i spent a long time thinking there was no video of ANY ef's from BBC from 2010 til i found this :) cheers
JADE BARBOSA, BRASIL 🇧🇷
Wish Aliya still had her Amanar nowadays, even though her form wasn't great, the difficulty would help her a lot in the all around

@@vanessaebony529 She did the 3.5 twist at the American Cup in 2011.
She was actually beginning to train a TTY as it was better for her to not do a blind landing.

I don’t really think Imogen Cairns can be classed as a vault specialist. Her vaults were so easy compared to the others performed in that final.
Honestly, i'm surprised she made it to this final; her vaults reminded me of the college level in the US
Mustafina was credited with a 6.1 in quals so why is the vault not named after her.
The fact that Mustafina had a HIGHER E score than Jade is absolutely pathetic. She should've beaten Mustafina by miles.
@aliya mustafina I said E SCORE, not D score. USE YOUR EYES

I don’t think Tatiana should’ve got her first vault downgraded. It was round but it was poorly executed

@@ansonpangyeah I didn’t realise I had said that years ago but I agree with you. It was not around. My bad
Todo era mejor sin Biles...
The form for sure was absolutley worse, terrible actually
Sacramone 🤢
Wtf
