Muller, Jr., International Lionfish Hunter, reporting for Lionfish University and filming the Ritz Carlton Head Chef Carlos Sierra and Sous Chef Juan, while they are preparing Lionfish Ceviche. Menno Verschuur, Scuba Instructor and the reservation manager of DiveTech in the Grand Caymans was in the audience with Andrea Muller to enjoy the three style Lionfish tasting menu.
    The first course shows how the fish is fillet so that all the bones are out of the meat. All ingredients that were added to cook the raw fish properly. This is a super video and thanks to the Ritz Carlton for setting this up!
